I was reading reviews on this product and wanted to try it for myself. I love how fast is growing my hair and it has gotten thicker. Like another reviewer said, it does not discriminate it makes hair grow everywhere. I take it along with mineral rich liquid hair supplement.

I had a bare spot on one side. Within 2 weeks It was filled in and I can't remember what side the bare spot was on!!

The capsules had barely any powder in them. I ordered another bottle to compare and the difference was obvious.After I left my review I received an email from Swanson apologizing and offering to help. I changed my rating because of the good customer service. I appreciate it and am sure the problem was just a fluke.

Actually have nails for the first time of my life. It has really helped my hair after the chemotherapy I went through.
