New part, was sticky and faulty. Had to replace immediately.
Eventually gave up and called a pro out to the house, who replaced the same exact part to fix my water softener. This product looks the same, but didn’t work as it was supposed to. Don’t waste your money call a pro out and buy only oem parts.
