Absolutely great product and serves its purpose to the T. Easy to have...just gulp down 2 tabs before dinner with water... no mixing of isabgol or similar ayurvedic products with water and drink the tasteless/ bitter concoctions. No imm side effects noted but do not know if long term use can be done or not. I hv purchased mainly for my tours where its easy to carry and use.

Ap ek tablet khalo ya Do, it’s not working. Useless. I don’t even like himalayan products. Why did I trust this? Jse package mein instructions dia gya hai mene wse hi follow kia. Nothing happened. Never buying a himalaya product again.
