Hasbro Gaming Pie Face Showdown Game

When the first pie in the face game came out we waited to purchase it and regretted it. Upon purchasing it out family had so much fun and the kids were entertained seeing both mom and dad being covered in "pie." In learning about the new game they game out where players could compete directly with one another we didn't wait to purchase. In getting the product we we're thrilled with the quality and the ease in having everyone involved. The game is easy enough for someone 3-93 years old to play and it's guaranteed laughs. The new model also ensures no one is left out too long so the little ones don't wait so long for their turn. The game being done with two people at a time allows for "elimination rounds" and finally a "champion." I highly recommend getting this game for hours of family fun and tons of laughter!

This is a riot. We put whipped cream on the hand & the boys loved it. It';s much better than the other pie face game. Showdown is the one to get.The loser is not actually a looser because they get to lick all the whipped cream off their face. Our 5 yr old is a crier, from birth, born crying & been crying all 5 yrs for one thing or another, so when he looses he freaks out. I told him he is actually the winner because HE got the whip cream. Now if he doesn't get the whipped cream he thinks he lost & more crying ensues. "Why is my son crying" Can't win.

My 4yo must have seen this somewhere and asked for it. We played it as soon as it arrived and it was super cute and fun. There’s not much to the game other than trying to pie face someone, but it’s great indoor fun. Make sure you have your own whipped cream on hand. You also have to clean the pieces after use. I just washed them in the sink.

I wish I was the inventor of this game. The overhead for such a commercial success must be so low, the profits alone would set the inventor's great grand children up to never have to work. Such a simple construction and design makes this game easy to set up and clean. In my family of right-handed dominant, we often used the 'winner' of a match defend their win by sitting on the lefty side of the game. Vice-versa for whenever we had a lefty friend join. It doesn't require as much whipped cream and even comes w/ a sponge you can use as an alternate (though not as messy or fun). For adults, the shenanigans may last only until everyone's had a turn; but for my kids, they loved seeing people get pie-faced.

Tons of fun for the whole family. When we're over on the weekend, and our niece and nephew are playing it, oh boy, do you know it! The only request here would be to give more power to the hands to slap that whip cream good and solid. We experimented putting a 1-2 oz. equivalent shot of whipped cream on the hands, but there wasn't really that much power in the spring to fly that cream into the unassuming loser's face. Overall though, definitely entertaining!

It was a gift for my niece , she enjoyed playing with family members.

I can't think of how to fairly rate this. On one hand, being an adult, I am not a fan and would score this 2 at best. There's not much to this, other than mashing a button faster than the other person (which, if it's adult vs kid, and you don't let them win, you're winning EVERY time), and the "payoff" is kind of lackluster (there's not really enough "oomph" in the release, so your barely getting "pie faced"). The face guards are an alright fit for kids, but I couldn't really comfortably get my face in them, and we ended up just taking them off. Plus, after playing two or three times, there's not much there and it gets boring quick (I can imagine it would be fun for parties with lots of people to play and compete against, but not for a family game night game). On the other hand, my daughter had a great time and laughed and laughed each time her or I got splatted in the face, so she would at least score it a 4, if not a 5.

I bought this game for my 9 year old daughter for Christmas. We have had so many laughs playing it. It is a little more intense than the original game because the object is to hit the "plunger" faster than your opponent so they get pied. Clean-up is easy. It's just a matter of wiping down the unit. most of the pieces are removable and wash up quickly. It does not work as well if you put too much whipped cream on the hand-a little goes a long way. Also, I kept thinking that the pal should face up, but that's not the case. The whipped cream goes on the back of the hand. It's kind of a weird design, but it works.

The kids loved this game. We used whipped cream from a spray can. They've played the same game at another person's house and it worked really well. However, I found our game doesn't want to click down and when it's released, it keeps releasing in the middle, so the cream goes between the players. The arm also stopped quite short of their faces, so I really needed to pack cream on thick to reach their face. They still had heaps of fun but the quality of the 'cream hitting' their faces was quite poor with this particular game (another person's game worked really well though).

Este jugeo realmente es muy divertido, debido a que como es entre 2, resulta ser competitivo y divertido. Aunque en ocasiones al accionar los botones no recorre muy bien, es lo divertido que para quienes juegan no saben si van ganando en presionar el botón y desplazarlo al otro jugador o si van perdiendo y les toca el pastelazo. Gran juego, de los mejores de Hasbro.

Ottimo gioco, acquistato su settore amazon WHAREHOUSE a un prezzo super, fedele alla descrizione in ottimo stato, mancava la spugnetta, ma il resto tutto ben risigillato e perfetto, adatto per grandi e piccini per passare serate in famiglia!
