Sturdy, not for the long of leg!
Sturdy and helpful for joint pain, helps ease discomfort overnight. I would exercise caution for tall people- My legs are short (I’m 5”0) and my feet dangle a little over the edge which is annoying and uncomfortable so I use a pillow to prop the end and that works a treat for me. I’d also have preferred a little bit more height to this product personally. That being said it’s had a positive impact towards my comfort at nights.

Did not help me at all
I'm sorry to have to say this, but it's made me so much worse, my knees kill me when I get up, my back has gotten so much worse with pain, I don't know what I could've done wrong, I lay on it right, I'm so sad that this cushion, that my daughter bought me, just didn't work 🥲🥲
