DUAL WAY TORQUE WRENCH EASY OPERATION -First to pull down the adjusting ring. 2nd to Keep the ring down and rotate the ring to the expected torque number according to the scale. 3rd to make sure the ring table indicates the expected torque number, release the adjusting ring, Last to operate the torque wrench properly--it can fasten both CW and ACW. Even most screw fasteners tighten CW (righty tighty!) some won't (eg. left side pedals) hence a wrench that can fasten both ways is handy.
