The cover fits well and easy to fix. The plastic is good quality. The color is of lighter shade than the original. Texture and shape of angles differ slightly. But overall it does the job and looks really good. Would buy again.

For those of us with classic Mercedes like W123 models, the first aid kit lid is a known weak point. And Mercedes no longer makes this part. Mine is old and sun cracked so I was delighted to see the reproductions available. So I ordered a blue one to match my interior color. At first glance the part looks correct and comes with different color “cross” stickers to match the various OEM choices. However when compared to the original it’s disappointing. It would have cost no moremoney to make the part the same as the original but unfortunately it isn’t. The color is different, at lest with the blue. It is not as dark or subtle, it’s brighter and more garish. The texture isn’t as fine, it has a coarser grain. But the worst thing is that the corner radii are just not the same as the original, which is baffling. The nice rounded Mercedes corners are much squarer in this reproduction. It would have taken zero effort to make them identical and cost no more to manufacture. It is new, strong and seems like quality plastic. Unfortunately it just doesn’t feel like a Mercedes part.
