Firstly the PC was and is excellent, the seller was very willing to answer questions however there are some very important things to consider.They paired an Intel i7 8086K with 32 gb of G skill basic RAM, with a Asus Tuff motherboard so not the best setup I had hoped for.This was not an issue until I unboxed the cheapest moniter which isn't even full HD a long with 32 GB of ram and an RTX 2080 ????The support is ok however when I requested their advice on a RAM upgrade I was completely ignored, I would have been happy to buy though them however I was met with a wall of silence.This does not fill me with confidence in the product, the fans although very colourful (rgb) were inadequate and so not only quite a bit of money spent on fan upgrades to cool the cpu became a necessity but also a liquid cooler as the cooler supplied was an absolute fail in regards cooling an i7 8086K, let alone overclocking!!!I would have been very happy if they had just returned my questions which were very few.I would also have been happy with a full HD moniter not the poorly matched one that was sent a long with an unusable keyboard therefore nessesitating a further expense outlay by myself.I really feel ripped off!!I was going to build my next PC as I have done many times however I was in need of a quick gaming unit for my son therefore this was bought.I can only say I should have built this for around half the cost!!If one cannot build a pc then the specs seem appealing however be minded that you can build this Asus Tuff motherboard based system for less than half the price!!!I would not reccomend this company and I know what I am doing, therefore asked questions that they couldn't reply to without showing the total overpriced pc that this is.I am and will be willing to review this again across multiple platforms so if the seller can provide something to prompt me to do this then I will be happy however if not this is below a 1 star !!I was ignored when I told them they sent me in the UK a European power adapter plus the moniter is so cheap it has a VGA input only and they did not supply a lead that would have worked so this package includes incompatible parts which the seller seems happy to ignore when this is pointed out!!!I await a reply from the seller to resolve these serious issues.The Reviewer

This is an excellent computer - fast and much quieter than my old one though it isn't silent, as seems to be implied. There is a constant fan noise which presumably is from the power unit fan but it is quieter than a 'normal' PC that constantly runs 2 fans. It gets noisier under heavy use but it's not too intrusive. It recognised my monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers and printer instantly.It comes with a program called ASRock Instant Boot which I enabled yesterday but then had to disable as it wouldn't let me turn off at night - I shut down and it went through the motions then re-booted by itself. As I don't like to waste power I switch everything off at night. This program had 2 options - one 'standard' and one that asked for power to be left on. I chose standard but it didn't give me the chance to switch the power off before re-boot. In any case, the machine boots fast enough (about 15 seconds) without it so I'm not bothered.ASRock also is meant to give faster USB and LAN but all I've noticed is that it alters the way my external hard drive connects and I have to try to eject it before disconnecting now which it normally won't allow as it says it is still being used (it isn't) and if I just disconnect as I used to do, it then wants to 'scan and fix' it when I reconnect.ASRock fast LAN sits in the bottom right hand corner of the screen as a fairly big transparent information box showing internet usage and traffic. It is annoying and intrusive to me so I can't say I've studied it as I just keep closing the window whenever it appears (it does so spontaneously occasionally). Probably a good idea but I don't like it myself.(Update a few days later): I have read a bit more about ASRock and apparently it is a huge help to people who watch a lot of streaming videos and/or play online games as it gives you the opportunity to prioritise internet and computer resources for smoother viewing and gaming. As I do neither I didn't understand at first.All in all I'm very pleased with the computer and storage space is definitely not an issue on this machine. Programs automatically install themselves onto the 120Gb C-drive and the E-drive is a lovely big 1Tb that came completely empty, ready to fill with movies, files and photos (and games if that's your thing). I still like to run a lot of old software and being new to Windows 7 I wasn't sure if I could still use it, but almost everything works as you can choose compatibility modes to run them, though with my Wordperfect Office 12 suite I did have to make a minor regedit tweak (after searching for ages online) before it would run properly.As for delivery - I ordered it on 7th May and was given dispatch estimates of 9th or 10th. It left the manufacturer in Berlin on the evening of 10th. Delivery was estimated between 10th to 13th (fair enough, this did include a weekend). The parcel went to 3 different depots in Germany, arriving at the last on Saturday early morning. It then sat there over the weekend and all of Monday, finally leaving on Tuesday morning and arriving in the UK on Tuesday evening. Over night it went to another UK depot then came to me on the evening of 15th. UPS said all along that delivery would be on 15th so why did Amazon/Sedatech give a delivery estimate of 10th to 13th? Misleading if I hadn't been tracking the parcel.That said, I am very happy with my purchase and I think this computer is very good value for money.

I haven't had a desktop computer for a long time(14+yrs)Just WOW!This is by far the best PC I've ever used, its great looking, well built & runs anything.But the reason why I wanted this desktop for, was for video editing & playing video games without any restrictions.I'm super happy with the product, if you want something to give you the wow factor, this is it!:)

The pc arrived quickly and well packaged.After unboxing and retrieving the power cord from inside the unit it was nice to see everything in its place in the tower and all the cables routed very neatly. The pc was all ready to fire up with the windows 8.1 installed and does everything it should at great speed. Video's play seamlessly and photo shop runs like a dream. I have not played any games on the pc yet so can't comment on it's gaming capabilities but everything else works great. The pc is very quiet and the USB 3.0 transfers videos in no time at all. The only snag I have come across with the unit is I have not been able to find the serial number on the motherboard so as to register it for automatic updates. I have say all in all me and my family are very pleased with our SEDATECH PC. Gary Postlethwaite

Delighted with this product it is well built with ample USB's ports front and back and even pin connections for my old speakers as well as HDMI.The P C arrived with preloaded Windows 8.1 and I had no difficulty upgrading to windows 10 free. The contents included instruction in English and Windows 8 Disc also Processor Data Book and Disc and oddly a small sachet of spare casing screws. The HDD and SSD drives run extremely quietly and very fast.Start up is also very quick..

10/10 would buy again if I traveled back in time. It has stepped up my gaming to another level.

Après 10 mois de possession: ce pc semblait bon en soit mais j'ai bien changé d'avis, il est mauvais, malgré ses très bon composants, la carte mère est très mauvaise avec Windows 10 et elle. N'arriveras pas à exploiter les composants au maximum. Je n'ai eu que des problèmes avec ce pc même si le SAV reste bon.... Je vais demander un remboursement ou un changement de carte mère car ce n'est plus possible...

Ha dejado de funcionar a los pocos meses. No sé si es un problema con la fuente de alimentación o la placa pero arranca y al segundo se para, y así continuamente.ACTUALIZACION: De repente ha vuelto a funcionar al cabo de unas horas. No me da mucha confianza aunque quizas se deba a un cable que estaba algo suelto, aunque habia desenchufado todo y vuelto a enchufar sin exito.Seguire observandolo..NUEVA ACTUALIZACION: El disco duro parece dañado, si desactivo el controlador SATA en la BIOS al menos puedo acceder al USB de arranque, si no, entra en un ciclo de Blue Screen of Death continuo.Cuando estaba investigando he vuelto a tener el mismo problema con la fuente de alimentacion. El PC no tiene ni dos años y ya hay varias cosas fallando. Fatal!

Pc parfait commandé pour l’anniversaire de mon fils pour utiliser avec son système VR. Nous avons cependant dû acheter en plus Windows 10. Merci à toute l’équipe qui nous a guidé pour l’installation du PC!! Un service trop top!!! Mille mercis!!

A parte l'eccellente componentistica, il PC è stato assemblato veramente bene, ed infatti va alla grande. Ho solo avuto un problema con la scheda video, che era difettosa, ma il venditore ha prontamente inviato una scheda video in sostituzione e ora il computer gira che è una meraviglia.

todo perfecto. lo unico que no tiene DVD Room ni Grabadora.

Surtout n’achetez pas chez Sedatech!!Manque plein de pièces, mauvais branchement donc Pc renvoyer chez eux!!!!!

bon produit, voir même excellent ,mais livré avec aucun système d'exploitation, dommage, j'ai du acheter Windows 7 pour pouvoir faire fonctionner cette unité centrale, par contre livraison dans les délais comme toujours,

Rien à dire, mis à part pour les jeux récents, elle fait ce qu'on attend d'elle.Acheté sans OS, Linux y est installé et fonctionne, après un peu de bricolage, sans soucis.

achat correspondant a mes attente livre dans les temps mais manque de documentation afin de parametrer ce pc je le recomande comme meme

Article acheté en remplacement d'un PC ancien dont le disque dur a lâché.Les performances sont à la hauteur de mes espérances.Un seul reproche : il n'y a pas de lecteur de carte, mais il est facile à rajouter, des ports sont libres pour cela.
