The product is good for price you pay. We had issues with them staying clicked the whole way out and holding the tree firmly.

The first time worked like a charm. Was perfect and set up the tree nice and sturdy. After that use it was all downhill from there. The next year we set up the tree as instructed. Had screw nice and tight deep into tree. Centered and ready to go. Tightened the plastics fasteners and had it all centered. Proceed to decorating. All set and beautiful, Christmas will be good.Now I own a restaurant so I work a lot of nights. So low and behold I come home from a long holiday night to find the tree completely fallen over, water and glass everywhere, a complete Christmas mess.After letting off a little steam, cleaned up the mess and put the tree back into stand again. Maybe I didn’t tighten the fasteners hard enough so I made sure they were secure this time around. With no other problems the stand held up through the remaining days of Christmas but not without a little lean more and more each day.So this year I was to make absolute sure everything was done right snd no incidents like last Christmas. Screw in, check. In place with mount, check. Fasteners tight, check or so I thought. With the adjustments when using and sliding in and out the fasteners start to wear out and do not hold the tree as tightly as one would imagine. So low and behold same day, new year, same outcome.So with all that said and done my tree stands as of now in a corner leaning up against a wall as I attempt to search for another tree stand as it is sad and empty waiting to be decorated with Christmas joy. Do not waste your money on this product. It will leave you with disappointment and wishing for the good ole metal fastener tree stand which will never slip or strip and keep your tree as beautiful for all to enjoy on Christmas morning.

So easy to use. Balanced our tree and worked as expected!

I was excited to try this stand, as I have issues with my hands. I was disappointed that everytime the tree moved slightly, the pieces holding the tree in , came un-done causing the tree to fall.

This stand is easy to use. Watering is easy and the price was great

The idea seemed good. However, you have to put a screw thru the bottom of the tree trunk, and after struggling for an hour I gave up with only half the screw in. The noble fir trunk is too hard to get a screw in. Therefore I have a slightly wobbly tree. I am very disgusted, and next year will do what I SHOULD have do ne, and bought the kind that has 3 metal braces for holding the trunk upright....the kind I have used for 50 years! Don’t buy this piece of junk. UPDATE: I found my tree laying on the floor this morning, with one of the 3 plastic clamps off the stand. Ugh!!! Can I give this piece of junk a Minus 5 Stars?

Tree was talking over and now I have to return it since I had to buy a new one. Unfortunate!

Although it was relatively easy to set this tree stand up it is a total piece of junk, supposed to handle a 6’ to 7’ tree and I put a 5’ tree in it and it toppled over with ease.
