Es un producto super recomendado. La lactancia a libre demanda me estaba consumiendo a pesar de alimentarme lo mejor posible mi cuerpo estaba muy débil. Desde que empecé a tomarlas me sentí bien y llena de energía para cuidar a mi bebé.

I have always enjoyed the nature made vitamins, especially with my pregnancy’s they have been one of few vitamins to not disagree with me.I enjoyed these postpartum and felt better taking these than I did just continuing the prenatal into post pregnancy.

During pregnancy I used the naturemade prenatal vitamins so it only made sense for me to use the postnatal version now. So far I love them. They seem to have everything I need postpartum.

No taste but really helped after pregnancy and no aftertaste.

These are easy to swallow soft capsules. I like both the prenatal and postnatal supplements of this brand as it was one of the few brands which had the required quantities of the vitamins that was prescribed by my ob-gyn. I usually drink it with some orange juice for the easy absorption of the iron in it and it also serves to eliminate any dislike to the taste of the supplement.

I’ve order these a couple times and they are worth the value.
