Ocean Animal Adaptations (A+ Books Amazing Animal Adaptations)

In fact, I love this so much that we are using this series as a major part of our "curriculum" this quarter while we study Habitats - and the animals and plants within them.

I am a first grade teacher and I used this book for PLTW (Project Lead the Way) Animal Adaptation unit for first grade and it was just perfect. It is aligned with common core standards. I bought all four books from this publisher - Ocean Animal Adaptations, Desert Animal Adaptations, Rainforest Animal Adaptations, and Arctic Animal Adaptations. I wish they had a similar one for the Grassland Animal Adaptations.

As a teacher that is working on a unit on animal adaptions this is a must. The pictures are stunning and visually pleasing. The text is easy to read for my 2nd graders, but still higher level thinking. I would recommend this for all!

Great supplementary work for elementary life science.

Book was damaged. It looks like it was soaked in water.

My granddaughter liked the book; not sure it was worth the money I paid.It was a birthday gift and I won't buy books by this author again.

We enjoyed the pictures and text. Very relevant to science curriculum and animal lovers. Good information. it met my expectations.
