These are very good quality. They have a soft fabric cover, and are well stitched. I like having three different density. I had hand surgery, which then led to trigger finger. These have been a great help in getting my hand back to full strength, and helps greatly with resolving the triggering. They do have a very gentle and very pleasant smell. Update: these are also perfect size and feel for juggling!

These are nice. They come lightly scented without being overpowering. Great for folks who have arthritis or carpal tunnel issues, or for people who work a lot with their hands. The packaging is very good and they make great gifts

The variety of density is great for building strength. The fabric feels comfortable to hold and is strong enough that I don't worry about tears or seams weakening. The scents aren't overpowering, just a nice calming touch. Each ball was individually wrapped in the canister so the scents stay separate from each other and the canister is handy for keeping it all organized.

I am using them mainly as stress balls. They are a lot firmer than other spongy stress balls I had, which could make them also a good exercise balls for strengthening hands and wrists. I like the fabric with yoga pant-like texture, nice to hold in hand but just wish there were less printings on it for a smoother feel. Reasons for four stars are that the size was a bit too small for me; my hands are on the larger side of average female adults. Another minus was I don't like the scent...not sure what it is, smells like something between lavender and mint chocolate. Wonder if the scent was added to mask the silicone smell, but I don't like the scent to stay on my hands after squeezing them. If I would have noticed there is a scent to them I would look for something else without scents. They feel durable to last for a long time.

These are great and have many uses anxiety and many others I’ve had these now for over a year the scent is less then when new and I use them a lot. Great for stress or just something to keep your hands busy. I use them during my weekly 2 hour therapeutic massage which sometimes can be intense when she is getting deep into a problem area so they help to distract from the discomfort during a deep massage for a sore area when she gets deep into the problem spot ! You also can use them to help improve hand strength example after I had pins removed from my hand when I shattered a few bones the set of three have different levels of resistance. Just so useful get the set of three and find different uses for your needs !!

I was looking to replace a foam ball that was crumbling, wasnt sure how id like the gel balls but they turned out to be the best balls ive ever handled. The different densities are noticeable and the gel is much better than pure foam. These balls also smell good, like tea or something along those lines...refreshing. I love squeezing these balls

These are overpriced stress balls. The different balls don't feel that different in firmness, so I would have been OK with buying just one instead of all of them. They are high quality. I'm not sure of their value for mindfulness, but they're good for working out stress. I'd give another star if they were a better value - like $14 or so.

I purchased these not to manage stress, but to help improve my hand and wrist stength. I do like that they're each of different densities, so I can work up gradually over a few weeks. They certainly feel well-made and I am sure the thought-provoking questions all over them will be of help to some people. I also like that they come in a storage canister.
