Stem Caster Socket, 1-3/4 in. H, PK5

Got my dad's chair when he passed away a few years ago. It originally had wood dowels jammed in the holes for the casters to fit in to. Over the years, they wore down to the point where if you lifted the chair up, 2 of them would fall out. There was also a chance of having the chair tip some whilst in use and then have a caster to fall out due to how worn down the wooden dowels were. Almost hit the concrete a few times. Finally remembered to look to see what kind of inserts I could find.Very happy with these caster inserts. They have provided a very solid base for the casters to slide in to. They are solid plastic and seem to be very durable. I can picture these things lasting for years.
