Great system for an aquarium
I wrote this review before we had used this system very long. Now that it’s been in use for a while it has made my ice machine smell like fish. I do not recommend this system for human consumption.This is a great system. My wife and I live in an area in Florida with poor water quality so I was looking for a RO system that I could hook up to my ice machine that didn't have a tank and would fit in the room with my ice maker. So I bought this system after much research and am very happy with it. I installed in in about an hour, keep in mind it requires a drain, and the next day when I looked in the ice machine the ice looked like a bucket full of diamonds. We've had for about a month now and now issues. I definitely recommend this system.

Great Product at a Good Price Point
Spring RCC7D 75 GPD Reverse Osmosis/Deionization Water Filter System is an easy to install and use system. I suggest you review some YouTube install videos (other than from the company) prior to installing. After I did that, the install process made better sense and very easy. My issues were that the "T" valve that connects to the cold water line and the filter system leaked; not at the connections but internally. Since this happened on a Friday night and iSpring Customer Service wasn't open till Monday, I went to Lowes and bought a better one than came with the system. On Monday I contacted Customer Service and they said they would send a new "better" connector, which they did. My other issue was with the registration process. When I spoke to CS about the connector, they told me I needed to upload a receipt showing where I purchased the product from. On the registration website, it doesn't mention that, it only asks where you bought the product. The product works great and is producing excellent tasting water with "0" Total Dissolved Solids (TDS). Glad I bought this.

Great Customer Service
I bought the filtration system for my ice machine...and let me tell you....!!! The ice came out crystal clear....zero cloudiness... The system keeps up with my ice machine with no issues. I did have a couple of questions and called the I-spring help line, and Nick was fantastic and very helpful. Super friendly and very knowledgeable people....I would definitely recommend their products and more so their customer service....

Pretty happy so far
I installed it 2 days ago and am enjoying the nice clean water for drinking, making coffee, and watering plants. The system all came in a big box, everything was very well packed, seems of high quality, and well marked. Very intuitive assembly and everything went smoothly. The TDS of our tap water is right around 270ppm, and the ispring brought it down to about 25ppm. I had a few questions before I purchased the system, and Julius was always quick to respond.My only complaint so far is I wish the supply line was about 12" longer. I wanted to mount the system on the opposite side from the supply line, but there wasn't quite enough line when you have to install the leak detector on the 'floor.'

Bought this unit and was not disappointed. It was very easy to setup and start making water. Seems to be designed very good and should last for many years. TDS reading of 0 or close to zero. Very good product for the price.

Excellent Water Filter with Excellent Customer Service
This iSpring RCC1DP Tankless RO/DI System is an excellent water filter and the customer service goes above and beyond with excellence. I had called the company to ask some questions. I had the pleasure to speak with Sean, who gave wonderfully thorough explanations. Not only did he answer all my questions, we had mistakenly purchased some of the wrong add on filters for a drinking water setup; Sean went out of his way to get the right filters shipped out to us free of charge! When calling they were very prompt with picking up. It was so refreshing to speak with an incredibly knowledgeable, kind, relatable, intellectual customer support person. I couldn't be more satisfied with such a great product and even greater customer service. Thank you Sean!Where we live the tap water is heavily chlorinated and filled with chemicals. This system cleans out all odor and residue. It is so refreshing knowing that our drinking water set up is effective at cleaning/ removing toxins and contaminants from our drinking water.This is a great system for all your home water needs from drinking to cooking with; I highly recommend this system for anyone looking to have a clean, reliable system they can count on with excellent customer service.

Good Customer Service
I bought this system to get good drinking water that I could also use to top off my aquarium. I have not tested the water yet, but all seems to be in good working order once I got over the installation issues. In actuality, the installation is quite simple but the start-up instructions are a little confusing. My system came with a bad part so it would not make water initially. I thought the reason was that I started up the system improperly. Eventually I gave up and contacted customer service via email.I heard back from them the next morning which they requested pictures of the installation to insure I did it right. Once they verified the installation was correct, I was contacted by Pearl who told me they were going to send me out three parts to change out. Two days later I got the parts. It took less than 20 minutes to change them out (quite simple) and within another 5 minutes it was making water.As far as customer service was, 5 stars. The lost the star because it wasn't perfect in the first place.
