I bought this for my 7 yr old niece as a present and she really loved it along with the book of constellations that I bought to go with it. Easy to assemble and great for beginners to star gaze.

Great telescope for my 10 year old. Fairly easy to put together and set up. The only thing I wish was that it had a taller stand. We don’t have a table out where they were using it so it was hard to view but if you have something to sit it on it would be easier.

The telescope was kind of difficult to put together the instructions weren’t very detailed. 2 weeks later I’m still struggling to put together but it’s worth the price my son still enjoys looking up at the sky and his surroundings. Although I’m having trouble with the assembly I don’t regret buying

Every thing else is fine

My son recently got to see a telescope and really wanted one of his own. This looks to be the perfect size for him to begin exploring. I tested things out before wrapping it up and it seems great. No complaints and very happy with the purchase. The binoculars that come with it are also nice and will be great for him. Looking forward to him opening it for the holidays.

I bought for a Christmas gift for a 9 year old.I decided to put it together when it arrived to save me the hassle of Christmas.Product came with very clear easy instructions for setup. I tried out the binoculars first.I found it odd, they were very simple to use and instructions were clear. But the binoculars were too small and wouldn't extend to both eyes, not even for my 5 year olds face, incase these were made strictly for toddlers, I tried.I found it odd that the TV I tried focusing on, looked further away, even with adjustments, the TV went further away, no close up. I even tried the moon and stars. They appeared further away. I hoped better for the telescope. I at least it fit the description. IT DID NOT.Using the instructions and proper adjustments, looking through the telescope at the moon and stars were the exact same as if I were looking at them with my normal, bare and naked eye. Waste of money.

I like the binoculars! Nice & small to carry with my backpack.Not so happy with the telescope… hard to adjust & not strong enough to see planets.

This telescope was exactly what I expected. It’s worked out great for my little beginning astronomer. The tripod is a bit small but perfect if you are planning on setting it on table. Really a very good deal for the price compared against comparable telescopes.
