No matter how many times I buy Jarlsburg, it’s always consistent and delicious. Don’t pay attention to labels: leave it at room temp for atleast 4 hours before serving. I never refrigerate it and it is just as fresh and tasty every time even weeks later.

Been eating this cheese for yrs and it's consistently lovely. Jarlsberg cheese is not Swiss, it's Jarlberg. But it can stand in for Swiss on some sandwiches.Jarlsberg cheese is made in Tine Norway. Therefore it does cost more than cheese made here in WI or the states. I've read a review complaining about the price , perhaps switch to a mild Swiss made here.

My favorite cheese. I love it comes lactose free. It's a little expensive but worth it.

I love this cheese. It's flavor profile is good to use for many different recipes.I wish it was a bit cheaper but can't complain about anything else.

Why does Amazon Fresh think that any cheese not with an American name needs to be priced way up there? I mean this IS good cheese and yet I can buy similar good cheese, same variety, in any large grocery in the country and it wouldn't cost this much. Have a heart will ya? If you want more buyers- then stop over charging. This was good cheese but I won't buy it again likely because the economy is not doing so well and its going out of my budget.
