Great snack--more flavors than the "old aplets & cotlets". My wife has loved them since before I met her. The box comes with four distinctive flavors, however, not the apricot flavor.

in the description it said has 4 flavors, box came with only 3 flavors, cranberry sorbet is missing.good taste, a little too sweet for my taste.

Perfect Northwest treat
When I moved away from the Puget Sound, applets and cottlets couldn’t be ordered online. They only had the two flavors back then. My children considered them a favorite along with sockeye and king salmon. We love the treat and order them every time we have a salmon cookout. We still cook our salmon like my American Indian friend taught us. We have this snack for our dessert after the long tedious preparation of our wood fired, wooden racked salmon cooked around an alder fire.
