Fret Rocker AND String Height Gauge Professional

I read all reviews concerning positive and negative reviews and I can say that I never had an issue with iLuiz guitar tools. As a satisfied buyer of the Fret Rocker and String Height Gauge Guitar Set Up Tool by iLuiz, I can't praise this tool enough. After reading reviews saying theirs can come bent or with edges not flat, the first thing I did on receiving mine was check flatness with a machinist's block. Perhaps it's the luck of the draw or others were damaged in shipping, but mine is accurate in that regard. On the other hand, the string height markings are just about impossible to read. I didn't get this for that feature; I already have one of those, so for what I expected to get, this is a good and inexpensive tool.

Works great as a fret rocker, but the markings for the string height are incredibly difficult to see. If you are shining a bright light directly on the markings they are visible, but in regular light they are not legible.

Works exactly as it should, all edges are 100% square and flat. Nice and thick so it doesn't try to bend or wobble at all. Includes string height gauge and some other measuring features on the side.

Nice product. The only down side is there a slight striation ridges on a few of the edges form the CNC plasma cutting process. I placed a piece of 220 grit sand paper on flat glass and ran the fret rocker over it a few times and now it's perfectly flat on all edges.

Handy and quick to use. Should have bought one years ago.

It’s not bad for $10. The edges on mine were rough from tool marks or whatever was used to cut it so I filed all the edges to smoothen them out and now it works good. I’m not using the string height gauge so I didn’t care if filing the long edge affected it or not. I only have a few guitars to level the frets so this will work fine. However, if I was going to do that more often I’d buy the StewMac Fret Rocker.

Amazing quality. I have a few tools from this brand and I will be adding more to my luthier tool box.
