Must have it if you are vegetarian
We used GoodDot Proteiz as the main ingredient to prepare pulao, and it turned out amazing. The texture and taste blended perfectly with the dish, making it even more flavorful. We absolutely loved it and will definitely keep using it in our recipes.

Meat or soya chunks??
I'm a vegetarian ... looking for high protein options. I don't know how meat tastes like but I have eaten a lot of soya chunks . Honestly I don't think it is any different in taste ... protein content is apparently higher than that so probably one should go for it .

So versatile, so easy!
I have used Proteiz as a healthy protein-rich option for my family. Have used it in salads as well as delicious scrambles and we've all loved the texture - so easy to mimic egg in a scramble or boneless chicken in salads. Amazed how versatile this is. Kudos to the innovative team at GoodDot!

Not much different from regular Soya chunks
These are just slightly softer than usual soya chunks. Definitely nowhere near the taste of actual meat, or even good-quality mock meat you'd find outside India.

Not a meat sub
For those of you who are going for this product as a meat alternative, get ready to be disappointed. This is not a meat sub and neither does it say so on the package anywhere. Honestly, I've prepared just plain soybeans to a better texture than this. This isn't a soybean texture, it's not of chicken texture as well. This product is in a category all on its own, I don't even know what to call it. Some others might like it, but even if I didn't look at it from the perspective that it is just another soy product, the texture isn't that impressive. You'd be better off buying soybean chunks directly.
