Came without being broken.

Significant damage to items. More than 25% arrived cracked or broken. Requesting refund or replacement ASAP.

The diameter at the end of the pipette varies by almost a factor of two from about the correct size to almost twice as much. This is not good is one is relying on the drop size to be uniform, as I do. I can still select the pipettes that look about right, but I can't use these for anything critical, like titrations. Will post a picture if I get around to it.Would also add that I gave 2 stars instead of one, because I have ordered the exact same product in the past and iy was totally fine.

Order came very quickly. Product seems good quality. My only complaint was that when I received my package, I could hear glass rattling around. When I opened it, the box was slightly opened and there were a few loose pieces rolling around and broken. Not sure who is responsible, so I’ll give seller benefit of doubt.
