Excellent "every day carry" tap
Great network tap for security/IT support use. Unlike many similar products this one preserves the MAC addresses of packets which is important for some applications. It's small and light enough just to keep in the work bag and USB power means no need to carry a separate power brick.It's not cheap, but good value if you need to do network snooping on a regular basis.

Great product.
The best key is usb power, it works very well. Poe pass through also. I've used it with notebook, light weight all.

Very expensive
Very expensive but if you need to maintain gb speed whilst you copy network traffic this is the only one I have seen so far in this price rage. If you want cheaper then it's 100 mb one or span ports. Span ports comes with limitation as sometimes not all traffic gets copied over. With this you get exact copy without the impacting your traffic. Its good but could be at least under 100 pounds
