Good OEM replacement
Works just like it's supposed to. Fit finish and quality were all there. Been running it for several months now and it works perfectly.

It works
It works like a charm. Simple installation and soooo much less expensive than the Honda shop’s quote. Restores the back seat heat and fan to original level. Be sure to clean off the lent screen on the blower.

From nada to Prada
From no A/C on my back part of my Honda pilot to freezing cold. This little device is a life saver for my child so he can have his own rear seats cold A/C in these hot summer days, no noise, fit perfectly, freezing temperatures, easy to install, great quality, and it’s definitely worth your money, made a huge difference. Now my son doesn’t complains he’s hot. He now complains he’s cold.

Fits rear blower Honda pilot 2007
Rear fan did not work on any speed. Push driver's seat all the way back. Remove panel that runs along carpet below drivers right knee and thigh area. Unplug connector to old resistor block. Make mental note or take picture of orientation of odd shaped clip on original resistor block.RESISTOR BLOCK UNLOCKS CLOCKWISE!! I had to pull out and rotate clockwise while depressing black tab on air box that prevents the odd shaped clip on resistor from rotating clockwise to remove. Orient and install new part in by rotating counter-clockwise while gently pushing in.Note you will see stainless filter screen on the rear fan motor itself. Mine was plugged w dust....I mean packed. If your rear fan is blowing but not with the intensity you would desire check this filter I am supposing that this filter being plugged is what allowed the resistor block to overheat as the resistor block is cooled by the cool air being moved by the fan......Filter screen is retained by three Philips screws.... Top one is hidden and can't be removed with a screwdriver I had to use a socket with a wobble to pull my screen out and use your method would be if you had some kind of a little bristle brush vacuum cleaner you wouldn't have to remove screen to clean like I did.....Regardless this was delivered by Amazon in less than 24 hours and was $150 cheaper than the genuine part according to one video that I watched.Replacing the resistor got my rear fan working on all speeds and it now blows better than ever.

This fixed my issue with the rear a/c
The part was easy to replace, but a tight squeeze. Rear A/C started working well.

It work as it should
adorability seeing quality and the noise level there’s no noise level it fit like the regular piece. It only thing I ask is you look up the YouTube video on it so you don’t break off the plastic clip that holds his own place if you break that clip off then it will be loose and will not work, but my problem was not dis. It was also the blower that I needed for the rear. It has stopped working, so I’m in the process of ordering the rear Blower in order for this to work, but the part itself it fits like the regular piece.

Worked like a charm.
The rear heat controls on my old Honda stopped working. This part along with a new blower motor restored the ability to get heat & A/C in the back
