I believe not. I believe Ford was still using distributors on that motor at that time. Instead of the coil on plug which these connectors are for.

Will this work for a 2000 Lexus LS400?

As far as I know, these will work on any Lexus/Toyota product. They seem to have all the same coil connectors no matter year/model. I am not a mechanic, but I’d take the small money chance that they work. You don’t even need to splice your coil wires. You can actually just disconnect the connectors and reapply them to the old wires if you know what you’re doing. It doesn’t seem like a lot of mechanics know this, but mine did.

Will these work with my 1nz coils?

Typically the Denso are original equipment provided for Toyota and the 1NZ are aftermarket coil packs. There are also other brands that will also fit as replacement parts like; HITACHI, Delphi, BECK/ARNLEY, as long as the replacement part Number matches as a proper fit for the vehicle in question, you would be ok with any brand
