There is an undertone of bitterness In the flour. If you want to up the protein quotient in your rotis, appam cakes you cannot really go more that 20/80 without serious change in flavour

No flavor , easy to mix with dosa batter and dough

The flavour of real jackfruit is lost. The powder alone can not be processed for making chappathi or puri as it does not cohesive. It has to be mixed with atta in ratio 1:3. No flavour and hence not recommended purely from taste point of view.

Bitter...couldn't consume.

Use it and you will see noticeable improvements in blood sugar level

Just started using, taste seems to be ok, sellers claim regular usage reduce sugar level in blood, will let you know exactly out come after few months usage
