Joie Unicorn Tea Infuser

Bought this a while ago but I waited to try it out before making this review. Now that I’ve finally used it, I have been enjoying my Tea Infuser which brings a smile on my face whenever I use it. Only issue I have is I wish the unicorn could’ve been a bit steadier when it’s placed in the cup I use as I tend to have to hold my unicorn with my thumb while drinking to avoid it falling inside my tea. Nevertheless, I will definitely buy this again.

Absolutely adorable little unicorn tea strainer. Sits easily on all my mug edges and never falls in/off.Easy to use clasp and easy to dump/clean out.

Best tea infuser ever, already had one and had tried a few other types. The others were rubbish, leaking out the tea leaves . These are the best!

Bought this as a present because it was cute. Aesthetically it remains pleasing, however it is not fit for purpose. The clip that "holds" the basket closed never does. it invariably came unclipped whenever my partner tried to use it, disgorging the leaves into the cup. Consequently had to look for an alternative diffuser to replace this one.

It works very well. It is easy to put the tea in, close and secure it. Overall very happy with it.

the infuser is absolutely adorable and looks great on any cup but the steel ball doesn't close properly and half of the time you just end up with loose leaves in your tea (sometimes the entire contents of the infuser).

This product just lets all the tea into the water, it doesn’t infuse it, it just makes a mess and is pointless.

I have a lot of tea infusers. This brand is my favourite. This one is really cute because you can perch the unicorn on the edge of your tea cup. It makes a good conversation piece! The quality of the mechanism that clips the two halves together is a lot more durable than in other brands I own.

My 5 year old loved receiving this for Christmas. We love to make herbal teas together and she was so excited to have her own tea ball and loved that it had a unicorn! It's nice and wide so it's easy for her to put her own herbs in and close up. It is a really fine mesh so there isn't much sediment at all in the bottom of her cup when she's done. Would reccomend.

The ball was really hard to open and the hinge broke after one use.
