Having used Photoshop Elements 7 for several years I needed to upgrade as the RAW files from my new Sony A77 were not supported in the older version. Given that the version 7 is well over 12 years old I was surprised how little the software had evolved in that time, however it is still one of the best out there and at this price was well worth the money.25You need to follow the download instructions very carefully and make sure you make a note of the serial number given on the Adobe site when redeeming. I had no trouble in downloading and installing the software other then the installation being mind numbingly slow (20-25 mins). I was also able to install on my laptop as well as the PC which was a bonus.Would recommend.

This wasn't terribly easy to set up but I did it in the end once I'd worked out what all the reference numbers were - don't lose them!The software is pretty good for the price, although GIMP is as good and is free.I though I was getting the video editor with this - there is a button on the home page for it but no, you have to but the Photoshop Premiere 2020 to get the video editor and you can't upgrade Elements 2019 you have to get the whole new thing. Pretty disappointed with Adobe for this.

I purchased this as a Fathers Day present from my daughter. followed all instructions and downloaded the application, I have not been able to install this after persistent attempts it either fails after a long wait or comes up with error code start again a waste of time and energy. I expected better wish |I could get my money back and buy a DVD copy, There seems no way of contacting Amazon to complain I have learnt a hard lesson

The key does not get you the software, you have to contact adobe with key to get serial number.

I purchased this as I was reluctant to subscribe to cc. However, as an amateur photographer with many thousands of photos, I found the software sadly lacking in it's ability to really process the images and a little simplistic in it's approach. So sadly I made a bad choice in going for this product and have since subscribed to PS CC.....

Difficult to enter the redemption code correctly as it contains numbers and capital letters. I could have done with examples showing the difference between "1" and "I" and "0" and "O".

A tad fiddly getting the download however after help from Adobe i now have it loaded

i followed the instructions given after I made my purchase of adobe photoshop elements. the information given is no longer valid on the adobe website. after a while finding the relevant page on a confusing adobe website i entered my redemption code to receive an error message to say the code is invalid.More time spent in trying to work out how to contact adobe to find that the chat facility is not supported 24 hours. I'm not happy to have such problems. It should work correctly and be straight forward. I will never buy digital downloads from you again. My purchase was with you. I should not be wasting my time resolving this issue with adobe myself. If it is not resolved I will be seeking a full refund.
