No dropper no instructions but we will see how this goes, smaller than the picture. No instructions on how to take it is it by a dropper or spoon? There was no dropper in it.

I just received this, packaged good and looks like in ad. Took one month to get here (cuba-ukraine-Michigan, again like the ad said. I got this for arthritis, I've hand many surgeries. Take 5 drops every 12 hours. All warnings and instructions are in Spanish. I did a lot of research and hope to have relief. I will try and return to this review in one week and post results. The 3 stars are only a starting point for future rate. (10 day update). I've taken as suggested for over 10 days and now given it 4 stars. Some days I feel it helps and will continue for the rest of 2 months, that's what it says it'll last. I consider my pain to be moderate to severe, so might be more noticeable for someone with less pain. Only side effect was a slight dull headache for minute or two when I took it and some tingaling in my mouth (headache isn't noticeable now). I take it by putting 5 drops in a teaspoon, then putting it under my tongue. I think it's worth trying. Hope this review helps.
