The pen deserves 5 stars but the metal convertor is not included. I returned the product and asked for a replacement but ended up receiving the same thing. So I gave up. The pen is amazing though.

Amazing product worth spending

Don't buy cartridges. Use fountain pen ink. I am using bril stamp pad ink. It is working for me.

Es muy bueno para caligrafía, me lo mandaron para clase y escribe genial, los resultados son muy buenos. Es cierto que las tintas duran poco, es recomendable comprar un pack de cartuchos si se va a utilizar, en conclusión es una buena pluma.

This is a good pen for a good price. It is easy to put in the cartridge and does not clog. I tried it for drawing and it is great for getting variety in the thickness of the line. Apparently you can get cartridges of ink in many colors. Be aware, the ink is not permanent. If you use it and then add watercolor to the drawing, the ink becomes liquid. In some cases that is good. But not always.

PROS: -Suddenly turns you into a calligrapher -No leaking -Very easy to use -Comes with detailed and colourful instructions (READ THE STEPS to putting the ink cartridge in!) -Comfortable to write with CONS: -Not the cutest thing in my desk -You expect to be able to store the lid on the back of the pen (like most writing things with a lid) but this one doesn't work that way. So you just have to put the lid somewhere while writing (seems like a silly complaint, but is actually pretty inconvenient) -Lid is screw-on not pop-on, again, a bit inconvenient -You're stuck with the colour of the size you chose (in my case orange) This pen works AMAZING. I had begun to learn calligraphy with some 'calligraphy' markers (felt pens with a paint brush like tip), and I was struggling a lot with certain styles, especially the gothic styles. Turns out, IT'S ALL IN THE PEN! This pen will make you an amazing calligrapher. Have only had it for a few days, but so far, no leaking, nothing on my hands or drips on the page, or anything like that. It's SO MUCH FUN. PS. This will likely bleed on printer paper. I'm not an expert, but I'm sure any higher quality writing paper would work much better!

La compre principalmente para mi novio y le encantó, de excelente calidad y de precio accesible. Yo soy principiante y pude trabajar con ella aunque me costó algo adaptarme pero tiene un buen flujo de tinta, es cómoda y fácilmente puedes trabajar con ella pero para principiantes puede costar trabajo al inicio solo es cuestión de practica.
