Perfect for my Cimmarron Sink
Exact replacement for my Kohler Cimmarron Sink stopper.Bought and new condo and the sink stopper top was missing. Not certain how or why, but this Danco one perfectly does the job of replacement.

I only bought this for the plastic part
Since I could not find just the replacement plastic part that I stupidly broke when trying to adjust the height of the plunger, I had to buy the complete item with the metal stopper on top.After receiving the item, I simply had to unscrew the existing metal stopper from the top and screw-on the one from the existing sink (they types of metal did not match).I agonized for hours that I couldn't find a plunger that had the same diameter metal stopper on top as the one in my sink, but finally looked closely at the provided picture and convinced myself that the plastic lower part that I needed to replace was the same diameter for both the 1-1/4 inch and 1-inch diameter metal stoppers. I just had to swap out the metal part and it worked fine. Woe to you who have lost the entire 1-inch diameter stoppers. There doesn't seem to be a source for the metal stopper portions for you, so guard them well.

Sink plug
Working but was not a perfect fit. Was a little short for my sink and it sinks down in the drain about a half inch. Does seal great though an I guess that's what matters. Though because it's short it barely comes up high enough and it reduces the flow going down the drain a little.

Good replacement for the cheapest Home Depot set up
Ordered this to replace a Home Depot bathroom faucet set. Can’t remember the exact one, but it was the cheapest one they sold. This plunger is an excellent replacement. With the top piece screwed all the way down firm it still sits about 3/16” higher than the original one did. The water used to get backed up with the original one, and now it flows freely into the drain. Very happy with the purchase.

Easy to damage finish
Easy to install, seals well, and looked great until I poured a cup of hot coffee in sink. Now the "chrome" finish looks just as bad as the one I replaced.
