No additives like rice flour and cinnamon is so good for you!

No fillers but very weak formula
I had to take twice as many as I usually take to get effective results so these bottles didn't last long. I like that it doesn't have any fillers and is genuine Ceylon cinnamon. But I wasn't as effective as other brands with only one capsule per serving.

It's Ceylon Cinnamon.
The product seems to appear to be good. I only gave four stars because it did have a seal around the lid but once inside there was no seal. I will use it but it gives the impression it may have been tampered with. It needs to be sealed better.

Smells Like and Looks Like Ceyon Cinnamon
I have never taken cinnamon for pain relief, so I do not know. But the container, when opened, has the aromatic scent of cinnamon. The colour also is consistent with Ceylon cinnamon. The taste is no doubt cinnamon. I am quite pleased with this purchase and the price was good too.

i use this product to keep my blood sugar regulated. works well for overall general consistency (instead of spikes and dips). smells great and provides pleasant tasting burps.

These cinnamon capsules are easy to consume
These are easy to swallow with a glass of water and they have no taste. After a while there can be a faint aftertaste of cinnamon that is pretty pleasant, especially after a meal with other strong flavors.
