Both my daughter and I have high anxiety and recently found weighted blankets to be very comforting. My daughter is in competition gymnastics and always gets angsty before meets when she has to perform in front of large crowds. This blanket is helpful for her to have before and after the meet so she can decompress. It makes her feel safe. It's a great tool for her to manage her stress and anxiety. Not to mention we both cozy up underneath it and read on her bed and it's so soft. I'm very pleased with this product.

Love the cover was included. Using at a skilled nursing home as an alternate to medication for a resident with dementia and anxiety, so far it’s helping calm her down.

I am SO VERY PLEASED with this blanket. First, it is SUPER soft and a gorgeous color. I love how the weights tie inside the cover. My daughter LOVES it! And it has really helped with bedtime. I am also a pediatric OT so I am doubly happy to have found such a great resource. It was worth every penny so I didn't have to make it too! I see another in our future.

This blanket is extremely soft and comfortable. My son has sensory issues and this was perfect.
