UPDATE: Pan is still going strong. My wife loves it cooks shrimp, bacon, pan cakes, etc. We do not put it in the dishwasher...just easier to clean in the sink. We have not put it on the gas grill but we have a gas stove top which gets very hot. So far it has not warped or had the coating peel. ORIGINAL POST: Was planning to get an All Clad griddle but after seeing that this was made in the USA, had great reviews, and was larger than most griddles we were looking at we decided to give it a try. So far we are very pleased! We've made latkes, bacon, and pancakes on it. The griddle heats evenly, has not warped, and cleans up quickly w/ a sponge. I plan to use it on our outdoor grill soon.

Incredible product! Very versatile. Cooks anything, exceptionally well. Cleanup is very easy, and this cooking surface easily takes the place of any other type of pan or cooking surface. Seller answers and addresses any questions in a timely and complete manner.

Lightweight and works great in my travel trailer

I researched for a while and decided to go with this one. I love it. It’s big so it takes up a lot of space on the stove. But we use it everyday so we leave it there. Super easy to wash. I’ve even made flour tortillas on it.

The griddle cooking area is NOT 12 x 20Out side the beveled extreme edge IT MEASURES as advertised see photos of tape measure. All this being said, it’ is definitely a very good NON STICK. But it is smaller,9.5 x 16 working area. Six burgers I feel crowded. Six small pancakes it’s great

I love this griddle. It fits perfectly across two of my burners. I keep it on the stove and use it nearly every time I cook. I wish I would have bought one much sooner. Takes so much less time to make pancakes and I just fry meat and veggies next to each other now. Easy peasy. Have had it a couple months and so far no warping which is the problem we always have with griddles!

My son got met his for Christmas and I love it! No more square pancakes! I leave it on our range top after I've turned the burners off to keep it from warping (electric stove). After it's completely cooled, I remove it and so far that has kept it in shape.

My son loves using this griddle for his burgers and pancakes. We just put it straight on top of our ceramic smooth top stove. It’s easy to clean and easy to use.
