Does this product have an expiration date?

It to my knowledge. Had some for 10 years and "sniff" it before workouts:) my co test sweats smell like it and gets me up for workouts:)

How Long would 4oz last me if I only were to use it on my arms during school? Also how long does it last? Will I have to re coat btw school is 7hrs

I use it about 5 minutes before going on stage for Bodybuilding Competitions. It helps by warming you up and ads a little shine. I'm not sure of your use but highly recommend you use a little bit at first, to much and you'll look like a Lobster red and will feel like your on FIRE! It last for about 25 minute, using it threw out the day as you said, a bottle might last a week.

Can this be used over tanning spray used at bodybuilding shows?

Absolutely and it will give you a little shine as well just use it sparingly as it will get you hot and can turn you red as a lobster if not careful, it can also help get you vascular. I use it mostly in the fall, competing in the Northeast can get a bit cold before getting on stage.
