I like this comforter for a few reasons. 1. it is cotton and I chose it because it has 100% natural fibers, 2. I like the pattern and the real stitching (embroidery), 3. it honestly is oversized and fits my queen bed with a pillow top and foam topper, and 4. it has a scalloped edge. I needed a lighter-weight cover for my bed, and I was ready for a mature product (not the cheap synthetic fibers and fake stitching). The best thing about this comforter is that it truly is oversized. In the past, I've sized up to a king because I've found the queen size barely covers the bed. I am overjoyed that this hangs down around 6 inches past the bottom of the mattress. That is saying something since I have the pillow top and foam on my bed. I can tell this is good quality because it is heavy. I have another bedspread of similar thickness but significantly lighter weight (it is made out of synthetic materials). This is one of the nicest bed covers I own, and if you are looking for this style, I highly recommend this product.

Absolutely gorgeous. Color is accurate. It is an off white that does not read “yellow”. It is prewashed, soft and a perfect weight for seasonal use. It fits as a king coverlet should. 100% recommend.

This was purchased for a full size bed. Although advertised as Queen/Full, and listed in the purchase record as Queen, it is really more a coverlet for a full-size bed. It is at least a foot shorter on the sides than the picture portrays, which is a silly and misleading thing to advertise. On the full-size bed, I'm going to have to put some sort of skirt because the sides just do not come down far enough to cover the box spring. (The mattress is deep, though, so that might shorten this somewhat.) It is NOT lightweight at all, but a nice weight for cold weather, as a blanket or extra. And I like the weight as it looks substantial as a bedspread. One to always prewash items before use, I did so with this set and don't think it had any shrinkage (I had tried it on the bed beforehand, and it looked pretty much the same to me before and after.) I took it out of the dryer right away, and there was little wrinkling around the edges, particularly the shams. But they flattened quickly. The quality seems nice, other than the backs of the shams, which are thin fabric and don't look like they'll hold up in too many washings. It's hard to find a 100%-cotton coverlet, so I was excited to locate this AND like its appearance. However, if I hadn't had credit I was applying, I don't think I would have wanted to spend the full price on this. Bottom line, though, is that I'm pretty happy with it and am hoping it'll hold up for many years, through lots of laundering.

I should startl telling we are so pick about bedding....And I bought ut bcse it was cheap but . WE LOVED IT... Great price, good size, beautiful color. We can't wait for spring to used it....

Wonderfully made with perfect stitching all around. I especially love the scalloped border. I got the off white, which is perfect for my bedroom. I put printed pillow shams and a matching coverlet at the end of the bed to give it a different look. The fit is great since I got the oversize queen bed quilt. It's soft, but not too soft and not too thick so I will probably be using it all year long. As for the wrinkles . . . there are none since the quilting is so finely stitchedl

This is a beautiful cotton quilt. I have bought several Laura Ashley in past and the quality is just as good and the price was even better! i searched high and low for a plain ivory coverlet and this was the absolute best price. It is also very wide so if you don't have a frame to tuck into it will more than cover the mattress with room to spare
