I’ve purchased other cat toys from a different company, made from the same material and my cat still prefers this one. He plays with it so much, that they fall apart quickly. Not due to manufacturing, just constant use.

Pretty pricey but my cat loves it. I got my original one at a box store for under $5. I dont use a stick. My cat like to carry it around and bat it into the air.

This is the second time I purchased this item. The first one fell apart in a few weeks but my cat loved it so much I decided to try ordering again. The one I received fell apart in less than 2 days. I’m very disappointed considering the price.

Your cat has fangs and claws, so it is not invincible, especially depending on the cat. I had a former cat that could never even have soft toys unattended, because it would destroy and eat almost everything in minutes! These Da____ toys have been impressive with the new cats, and the octopus is their favorite - don't know why. I also don't know how they made it so well, but they do hold up much 'better' at least than expected, especially being the favorite toy.

These are great because they're made from deer hair. So cats go insane when they smell it. There is ONE thing to note: these don't last too long with constant play and it's not too difficult for cats to pull the fur out. The longer they play with it, the hair just starts coming out in clumps. So... great toy, just know you'll need to replace it like a dog toy.
