A standout in my 1s Lipo Shootout!
As I was gathering batteries for my 1s lipo shootout I stumbled across these AKK 1s 260mAh HV batteries and added them to my cart for the competition. Although I was very familiar with AKK products like VTX's and their VTX/camera combo's I had no idea they had a branded 1s battery. Even more surprising was that it outperformed everyone else in the test. I mean let's face it if you and I had 4k plus we can get a branded 1s out of a battery factory in China with on our name on it too. Choosing the right manufacturer (of which there are just a few that make all of the the batteries) that's where the gold is when selling a branded battery and it looks like AKK did their homework. After heavy testing, I can happily recommend these batteries for your Whoop class quads.I want to note here it is important to remember batteries can be affected by many factors before and after you receive them. Improper charge levels from the factory can cause issues with quality. The first thing you should do when you receive your batteries is to check what voltage they are shipped at. It should be 3.7 per cell for standard lipos and 3.8 for HV's with the idea that +/- .1 as an acceptable margin. If you receive a 1s lipo that is anywhere near charged like 4.0 through 4.2 I would write the seller immediately as the battery's lifespan may be compromised. How low you run them down? Do you do the recommended 3.7v on standard lipos or 3.8v on HV after bounce back as recommended or just run um until the quad doesn't fly anymore as most people do with 1s batteries? Do you let them rest/cool 15 minutes before putting them back on the charger? You should not be trying to charge a hot battery. How quickly are you trying to charge them (amps input 0.2a vs 0.6a or higher)? Trying to charge your 1s batteries to quickly will kill your batteries quickly. Do you put all of them at storage before putting them away or just store them at whatever? Improper storage of any lipo, even 1s lipos will shorten the life of the battery. They are just like your 1300 4s lipos. All that being said I may love these batteries but surely someone will hate them. This is why I made the video and documented the data. This way we can return to all of the brands and do it all over again because in the end cosistency will be the winner.

Decent but 1 of 4 has issues
They work ok, seems like 1 of them is always dieing really fast. The others are just fine though.

Ridiculously Good Batteries
These batteries are some of the best Whoop batteries I've used. They deliver consistent power for much longer than any other battery I've tested, save the TBS Graphene. That means these batteries deliver the punch needed to get through longer races. I've had other people try them, and the consensus has been the same. These batteries just perform well.In terms of size, they're the same dimensions as the GNB 260mAh batteries, and appear to be roughly the same weight as well. I have not had any problems fitting them into BetaFPV or Cockroach frames, but as always your mileage may vary.Based on performance, these are now my main battery for racing. The consistent punch at the end of long courses makes things much better - these are still giving me control where some other 1S batteries are sagging to the point where wide open throttle barely cuts it. I highly recommend these batteries - like any LiPo, they do need to be taken care of, but if you treat these batteries right, you'll get great performance out of them.

Very Good
Very good, nice and light and good power. They seemed to have updated these too, I ordered 8 of these a couple months back and still work great. Just received 8 more and they are a little different, and seem a bit better !Work great on my brushed 65mm whoop. Will be using on a brushless 65mm very soon :)

Not so good
If you are like me, you are using these for your Tiny Whoop FPV drone. I’m using a New Bee Drone acrobee. Hoping to save a few bucks vs buying other whoop batteries. These took about a week to ship even though they were Prime. I could wait so that wasn’t a big deal. The actual size is much longer than say a BetaFPV 260mah battery, and much skinnier. They are so slender that they don’t stay in the battery holder on the cockroach frame. I had to put a couple of wraps of scotch tape in order to increase the diameter to make a better friction fit. This is unacceptable.Out of the four batteries, one has already puffed after one charge and one discharge. Not cool.Runtime is as expected, but honestly I’m a bit disappointed in these overall. The slender sizenajd the fact that one has already puffed means I would not recommend these to anyone.

Mine were horrible
First mine came in with a voltage reading 4.1 to 4.27 on each battery, making me wonder if these were returned from someone with some charge, second they are giving me more than 20 seconds less flight time than the cheapo Eachine 260mAh HV lipos that came with my Eachine US65.0.2g heavier, with 20 seconds less flight time and came almost fully charged which is a no no on a lipo ... no thank you returning these.
