These are a must have for me. I keep one in my work bag and in my purse so basically I have one on me at all times. This is great because it is not addictive and natural so you can take it every day. It is so great for moments of stress or anxiety! Flower essence have literally saved my life

Does wonders to take the edge off my performance horse's anxiety at horse shows
I use a few drops on my adult horse's poll/ears/muzzle before stressful events such as competitions, travel, vet visits, and intensive lessons that require great focus. It has a definite obvious positive effect in my mare's ability to focus and tune out distracting external stimuli, significantly reduces her anxiety, and makes her a much more cooperative performance riding partner, especially if that situation or new environment might make her otherwise fussy, electric, and explosively reactive. It takes the edge off of her so she can work collaboratively with me with focus. It also reduces her herd bound buddy sour behavior. It's hard to imagine that just a few drops on her head and face can have such a profound effect, but the benefits visibly last for about 2-2.5 hours per dose, and can be repeated again during a long show day. Since it's human grade, I also put a dropper full on my own tongue before stressful events or travel, so my horse and I are in serene Zen together. It in no way impacts coordination/agility/responsiveness, even in Speed events, and for horse competition purposes, it does not test positive on drug screening, as it is a natural herbal remedy that is not on the National Disallowed Lists of medications/herbs.
