No proper check and items are missing
There is no proper check for this item before delivery. There is no seat rod and no proper alignment of front wheel. I have assemble it 90% and only for rod I cannot exachange this item. If possible refund some Amazon pay balance in my account

... one hour to assemble it myself and it is uber cool.
I was little hesitant to order a cycle in Amazon as I have to go through the pain in assembling it myself but this came is 90% assembled piece I just spent an extra one hour to assemble it myself and it is uber cool. They provided most of the tools themselves but I needed few more spanners of different sizes.

Don't buy this
Don't buy from Track and Trails. Got a damaged product and not able to use it even after one week. And if you still want to buy one, hire a mechanic also. The rim back de'railer and front chain ring was broken. This is the worst cycle I have ever seen. And track and trail has poor customer support.

Worst product
The worst product I have ordered in my life.I bought it for 8500 and beyond that I have invested 7000 on repairing it and servicing it because of it poor quality product.
