Boston Warehouse Frog Dip Bowl and Spreader Set

I'm so not happy right now. This was supposed to be a new item. I noticed right away that the box looked like it had been opened quite a few times. Lots of wear and damage on the box and the interior protection was also damaged. Not sure what the white stuff I was scraping off on the side of the bowl. Dip perhaps... I think the pictures explains it pretty well. Looks like a used returned item to me.The item itself is pretty much the size that I expected it to be. If you're looking for a large serving dish, this is not it. Its a good size for a cheese spread, however, I wouldn't recommend getting it from this seller unless you don't mind spending more for used items.

The plate is 5 star. Very nice design and good quality.But the knife is 1 star. It looks horrible. Supper low quality.The box is green and there are green color all over the knife handle. Because the handle is made of a rough material. So it robed off the box color during shipping.The white paint on the knife handle gives it a very low quality white charcoal look.The knife blade is discolored. Not sure what caused it except maybe it's the low quality stainless steel.I'll just throw the knife away and use one of my little knives.

I got this for a holiday party and received several compliments on it. I love that it's actually in the shape of a snowman and has a hat and metal arms, so unlike other holiday dip dishes, people could still tell it was a snowman even though all the painting on his face and his buttons is covered by dip. The dip spreader is a great quality and I wasn't worried about it breaking when people were using it. This is a cute dish and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and festive dip dish and spreader. Please click "yes" if helpful.

The pig bowl is really cute but the spreader wasn't glazed like the bowl so it is a slightly different color, doesn't really look like a set. The spreader also had a black mark on it that I couldn't get off. Kind of disappointed but it was a gift and no time to return. I'm just giving the bowl but will try to find another spreader, the bowl is too deep to use without one.

I'm very happy with this item. The bowl is quite thick and heavy and the spreader seems to be very sturdy. It looks great. As for the review about it being to small, i'm not sure what the person was expecting. This is a speader set made for something like a cheese ball and was the size i expected it to be. The only sets i had were all holiday themed, so it's nice i no longer have to use a snowman for football watch parties :)

The item was exactly as described - and exactly what I wanted. The dip bowl holds dips, the spreader spreads it. It does exactly what it is supposed to do - how often can we really say that?

I bought this item because I collect pigs and because I added to another item purchased to get the free shipping. Might as well get something instead of paying shipping. I use the big piggy as a candy dish and will use the knife when I entertain.

We love this fun and fabulous pig bowl. We use it as a salt pig and keep the spreader in a drawer to use for parties. We always hand wash just to be on the safe side. Wide mouth is easy to pull salt from and is just the right size for the counter. we have a pig motif and this is a great addition to our kitchen.

Really like it. Bought it as a gift, and she likes it a lot too! Recommended for personal use or as gift! Especially those who like pig collections~
