Works like a charm and very quiet
This is the second ice maker I've had. This one by far is much quieter. It seems to hold enough water and it makes ice very quickly. According to the manual you should store your ice in the freezer. So I have been dumping baskets of ice into a bucket in the freezer. I quickly found that I need to be able to break them apart quite often because they go in kind of " wet " and therefore freeze together into a solid lump. Other than that I'm very happy with this. It's small, lightweight, doesn't take up much room on the cupboard and functions wonderfully.

Nice ice machine.
Makes more than enough ice for me and the wife. My suggestion is to shake the ice to eliminate excess water and store in a 1 or 2 quart bag. Then put into freezer. Before using the ice out of the bag, break up the ice. You are then good to go.

Love it
100% worth it. The storage capacity is amazing, and always has ice ready to go for me. The ice is super fast to be made. The functionality is amazing and fits perfectly on my counter. I use water from my filtered system, and it’s been amazing. I’m worried the it was taste weird using my hard water. Overall: 10/10

Works great! Noisy!
Works great for the most part. Makes ice fast! And I would recommend. The only cons is it’s kinda loud! Tried to catch how loud it is in the video, but don’t think you fully get how loud it is. You know how your old refrigerators can get a hmm to them, well this little machine is louder than that! And of course the ice melts kinda fast, but all these machines seem to have that problem. Does have a small & large setting for the size of the ice, was a little disappointed the small ice wasn’t smaller, but I guess it’s not a nugget ice maker, it’s a bullet, so can’t complain. Overall, I think it’s worth the money. Have only had for a week, so we will see. Big question is… how long will it work? (I’ve had a couple of these now, all different brands, and so far all of them have only worked for about a year!) we will see…

Fast, large water reservoir and Consumer Reports Recommended
Not knowing much about countertop icemakers, I turned to my Consumer Reports subscription and discovered that this unit was listed as a "CR Recommended" machine. Unlike many of the units, this one has about twice the water capacity than most of them out there. It also makes ice extremely fast. I had pictured having to have the unit turned on all the time and really didn't want that. It turns out they tell you to transfer the ice to your freezer which is exactly what I wanted. So in the matter of a couple hours it makes enough ice to fill our in-door ice hopper and we drain the machine and prop the lid open so it will dry out. A hopper full of ice last us a few days. One of the negatives of this and probably all of these units is that it produces wet ice which will freeze together in your freezer (see pictures) however they break up easily with a butter knife or even the ice dispenser itself seems to be able to break it up. Why the wet ice? If you look at my second photo you will see several metal rods poking down. These have freon passing through them and get very cold. Water is pumped from the reservoir directly below the basket into an upper tray. The compressor turns on and the rods get super cold. Ice forms and in less than 10 minutes the compressor turns off, the water drains back down into the reservoir and the ice on these rods slips off into the tray. The air in the unit really isn't cold so the ice is wet. It then gets pushed into the tray and it starts all over again. The manual says the ice will last in the tray 18 hours but I move the full tray into our freezers hopper as soon as it is full where it sticks together. I think this explains why you have to smash commercial ice bags to break them apart as they are probably made the same way. I love the fact it was recommended by CR and the familiar Frigidaire name...as opposed to XFUNDUICE or something silly like that. I also love the price point, especially since some of the other CR Recommended units were over $700 and there was one that had the same exact rating number that was over $300! It comes with a 1 year warranty but for something like $30 you can extend it 2 years. That is probably not a bad deal but I had a hard time spending 30% more since it will pay for itself (based on purchasing ice from the gas station as we have been doing) in a few short months. Oh, and shame on the well known appliance company that won't stand behind our 2020 covid-built refrigerator with built-in icemaker. The only reason their repairman is lonely these days is because they refuse to honor warranty claims.

This was all I dreamed it would be. Fast ice making, large enough capacity area to make multiple "loads". It paid for itself this summer (as opposed to buying bags of ice. Some have complained that the ice starts melting right away. It's really not that bad. I use a plastic container in my freezer and dump when I remember it's ready. One pro tip. If you put the basket in and it still won't go, take basket out, and place it straight level down. I had one episode where one edge of the basket got caught on the edge, and as soon as I repositioned it, it was fine. This thing has literally been running 24/7 since I bought it (I think it was in may.). It's my favorite purchase that I've gotten a lot of use out of. It's also whisper quiet, except for the quick dump in the basket of the cubes. The large cubes are also perfect for most med. To wide mouth water bottles. It's made a huge difference in my water consumption (our water tastes like crap, and it's undrinkable room temp. I would DEFINITELY recommend this one.

Cumple su función, no siento que haga casi ruido, si tiene dos medidas de hielo pero es muy poca diferencia. Estoy feliz con mi compra. En la foto se ven los 2 tamaños de hielo.

Great look. Great performance. Makes ice as fast as I can use it. The copper finish perfectly fits my decor. Amazing customer service. My first one was damaged and wouldn't make ice. Easy peasy return and shipped me a new one right away. 5 stars for customer service.

Hace muy rapido los hielos, lo estoy haciendo en el tamaño pequeño. Y eso es lo que he venido reservando. Porque se tienen que ir guardando en cuanto se llena la canastilla. Estoy encantada.

This is beautiful BUT is only 114 voltage, has an American plug, and requires a transformer. Because of the massive amount of space needed for everything, I had to return it.
