Sharp Metal tape and very sticky.
Pretty easy to install although cutting the tape could be a hassle sometimes due to the stickiness. Also, do NOT place on the very edge of a step because people that scuff their feet will snag the ends and tear the tape up. Place tape end about a 1/4 inch before the edge to keep this from happening. Make sure you have a rubber hammer to lightly tap the tape into the nooks and crannies of the concrete. Very bright and noticeable! Would buy again!

Good for basketball of tennis court markings. NOT GOOD for driveway or street lane marker.
BLUF: This will work if you want to use just for basketball of tennis court markings. But don't count on as a driving paint line marker. We needed to mark the edges of a long dark driveway to aid with backing up. The metal backing and adhesive is a little tricky to work with, but that is a fair sign for durability. Just take your time and make sure you apply to clean surface. Use a towel to lightly press down and ensure good contact. Unfortunately, the reflective properties are lacking and I can barely see the white tape with headlights directly on it. Taillight / reverse lights don't even show the tape in the back up camera. I might trying spraying reflective paint on it, but that kinda defeats the original intent of the tape.

Good tape but adhesion issues
The tape is very good in appearance and ease of application.. It's easy to trim to size and shape. The plastic beads are highly reflective. The tape adheres well and lies flat at first. But I'm using it to stripe the slightly curved surface of a speed bump, and the tape tends to lose its adhesion to the asphalt under heavier loads such as truck or trailer tires. Under these loads the ends of the tape peel up and the surface gets puckered. The speed bump is new asphalt but has not been seal coated. The tape would probably adhere better to a sealed and less porous surface. So far I've gone through two rolls (one set of stripes is about 24 feet--I pulled up the first set and tried a second time), and I'm afraid in the end I'll have to do the paint job I was trying to avoid.

It looks like it was sitting in someones van for a while
received item. It looks like it was sitting in someones van for a while. No plastic coating so I can't tell if some of it was used. Roll has dings and bumps making it look used. There is a 02-2018 date code on the inside of roll. Don't know if it was date manufactured or expired shelf life?

Works best in low-traffic areas
I purchased this tape for a concrete floor. The instructions recommended washing the floor, letting it dry, and then treating it with Concrete Cement (a thick glue). The tape has an adhesive backing which sticks well to the cured contact cement, especially when you use a roller. Due to the thickness of the tape, it is fairly easy for the edges to peel up and rip when the front of a shoe catches it, or if a tire rotates on the tape edge. High traffic areas will require replacement over time. Compared to the alternative of painting the floor, however, this is easy, and the reflective material make this useful in the dark.

Easy installation
Easier than painting. I cleaned the garage floor with my extra tough multi purpose cleaner then installed the tape. It’s been over 30 days and has not come up and does not show wear from 3 dogs and a family of four walking on it.

used foil tape to mark furniture stations for social distancing at HOA pool
To provide for social distancing at our HOA pool this summer, we grouped pool furniture groupings (stations) separated by an 8 foot distance. We used the foil tape to mark the edges of these furniture stations. The yellow tape is reflective and is very visible. We used a rubber mallet to pound the foil tape down onto the concrete pool deck surface. The tape adheres well and has not pulled up. We like this foil tape because we can remove the foil tape at the end of the swim season using a pressure washer and the concrete pool deck is untouched.

Does not Adhere to wood very well
I use this for the steps on my deck leading to my pool, it does not stick to wood very well . I had the same product made by another company that was really good I wish I could remember who it was .
