If I could give more than 5 starts for this printer I would
This is one of the easiest 3D printers to use I have ever owned. Setting up was so easy a simple quick leveling check and started printing on of the test files provided. I have been a 3D hobbyist for some years now and built from scratch my own printers and also have part assembled printers and these had a long and hard learning curve. With thousands of different 3D printer models available on the market today and that number growing every day, “Which 3D Printer should I buy?” is one of the most common questions asked. After a lot of research I chose the QIDI X-Plus and boy did I make the right decision. When you are first starting out as a 3D model creator, you want to be able to experiment with as many different materials and mediums as you can. With the QiDi X-Plus you will have no problems doing this as it is a well capable commercial or industrial 3D printer and makes printing so simple and easy. The printer arrived within 3 days of ordering I ordered the printer on Friday Morning and it arrived on Monday mid-day. Very fast delivery from Amazon and the post office Well done both. The printer when it arrived was well packaged with heavy gauge strong cardboard box and on the inside with a solid foam filler, which kept the QiDi X–Plus Printer snug and secure in transit. There was no assembly required. A simple check on the leveling and away it went printing for me. As with other QiDi printers that I own the build quality is outstanding. The external casing is plastic and metal internal frame is extremely strong and has a look and feel of quality. The love the colour and style of the case with the see through acrylic top and front door also the way the filament is mounted at the top for easy access and changing filament rolls. There is a holder inside that will allow the filament roll to be used from within the printer this is normally used for the higher temperature filaments. There are no sharp corners all the finishes are of a very high standard and durable. This printer has a single extruder that is changeable, a higher temperature extruder is also available free on request for the higher temperature filaments. I have not had the opportunity to try any of the high temperature printing yet at the time or wring this review but will do so in the future. I know that the printer is well capable of doing this and look forward to trying this. The Colour 4.3 inch LCD easy to navigate screen above the front see through access door, Magnetic print bed, Breakpoint printing (power failure), Auto close down when a print has finished option, Easy removal side access panels, and much more. The innovative design of double z-axis motor structure with 4 guide supports for greater stability works very well. Maximum print size is 270(L) X 200(W) X 200(H)mm. The printer supports file transfers via a USB stick, Ethernet and WiFi using the QiDi slicing software. The new “QIDI Print” slicer is provided and works very well. Other slicers also work like Cura and Simplify3D. I have communicated with the after-sales team in the past and this is one of their strengths to provide the customers a better product experience with very good support and go to great lengths to problem solve any issues that you might have. I have not had to contact them regards this printer except requesting the free higher temperature extruder at this time as the printer just works fantastic. In the box they even supply some spare parts with the printer as standard, including a tool kit with screwdrivers, spare screws, spanner, extra nozzles, PTFE tubes and so on. There's a thriving community of QIDI users on Thingiverse, google groups, etc. already in place worth visiting to see others who have already commented on this printer. If you need something to print there are loads of free models that you can download and print on the X-Plus. I've found that almost every component on the printer is changeable and replaceable, meaning that I can maintain this printer myself for years to come if needed so for me this is a very good investment. This build and quality of printer is a benchmark for others to follow. Cons: At the moment I have none. If there are any I have not found them yet but time will tell. Buying this printer was one of the best decisions I have ever made in 3D printers and I highly recommend it. Was the QIDI X-Plus worth the money… Oh Yes.

Far better than my expectations. Brilliant.
I have been looking at 3D printers for a couple of years now, (on and off). I’ve been scared off when looking at various reviews. Should I get a resin printer, or filament printer. What about print quality, and structural strength? Finally, for my 57th birthday, I took the plunge on my first ever 3D printer. I decided that you get what you pay for, so didn’t bother with the cheaper end of the market. I finally went for the QIDI 3D X-Plus, because it had only great reviews. OMG - what a brilliant choice. Honestly, the print quality is amazing. I have shown my results to numerous work colleagues, and all comments are positive, with regards to the quality and strength of the items (printed with PLA). I have yet to explore other materials. I use Sketchup Professional to design all sorts of items. As a hobby, I am modelling my house in minute detail. Now, with the QIDI 3D X-Plus, I can export my designs to .OBJ files, and load these into QIDI-Print software. QIDI-Print then does the slicing (according to your chosen settings), and creates the files for printing. This software is very slick, and easy to use. As for printing, I haven’t bothered with lower resolutions, and went straight for the best, 800um per layer. At this resolution, I went for 15 layers on top and bottom surfaces, and got superb results. For me, lower resolutions are only useful for draft prints, but I already had confidence in my designs. This is a personal view. I would always print at the best quality for items that I intend to keep/use. The resulting prints were brilliant. Unfortunately, my printer had a fault from the outset. The temperature sensor on the heated build platform was open circuit, so no read-back values for the heated build platform temperature. Customer support (in my case Linda) were excellent. The response times to problems is only a few hours, and even that is probably due to the time difference between our 2 countries. The root cause was correctly diagnosed straight away, and a replacement part sent by DHL Express delivery direct from China. This took just 4 days, from being advised that a part would be sent on receipt of my phone number, to the part arriving at my house in the UK. I fitted the new part, and all is well. I have posted a couple of photos, of parts I have made (in red). These were made when the heated build platform feedback was not working. The results are incredible. On one of the curved surfaces, you may notice steps, rather than a smooth curve. This is my fault, for not selecting the correct number of circle “sides” in Sketchup. I selected 60, and should have selected 360. There is a bit of a learning curve on the QIDI-Print software, particularly on the “WiFi” settings side, which also handles wired settings. However, once you get to grips with this, you are off and running. I have passed on my opinions to the QIDI engineers. These reviews only allow you to give up to 5 stars. If I were allowed to give up to 100 stars, then the QIDI 3D X-Plus would get 99 stars. I would withhold one star for the WiFi confusion mentioned above. So, scaling to 5 stars, I would give the QIDI 3D X-Plus the full 5 stars.

Without doubt the QIDI X-Plus is the best purchase I have made this year.
I was looking to replace my old 3D printer and did much research online and read user reviews of this printer from QIDI. What I found was that almost without exception the reports from owners were highly favourable about it. The price was a little higher than my expected spend limit but I searched until I found one on Amazon with immediate delivery and decided to buy it even though it was still £50 over my budget of £550. The printer was delivered within two working days. What is great about this printer: 1) It's already built - I just had to remove the ample protective packaging material, level the printer bed (which took less than 5 minutes) and printed one of the test pieces supplied on the USB stick - and EVERYTHING you need to print is included - except the electricity to power the machine! 2) The standard print quality far exceeds anything I had from my old printer - and without any tweeks or alterations to the QIDI slicing software settings. 3) The build quality and sturdiness of whole machine is stunning. Everything just shouts top class design, materials and engineering. 4) The ability to print difficult materials such as carbon fibre, nylon and other high temperature filaments using the supplied extra extruder and 300 degree rated hot-end which has a hardened print nozzle. 5) The option to have the filament mounted internally as well as externally I like - though fitting a spool internally is a little awkward at first - NOTE the holder must be screwed all the way in else it will catch on the moving print bed. 6) The magnetic print bed and sprung steel plate work combine well to hold items during the printing process. 7) Not least is the superb customer service from QIDI. The team is very helpful and obviously know their product inside and out. I had a couple of queries about the printer when setting it up. My email messages to them were answered within 24 hours each time very helpfully and my queries sorted fully. There are just a couple of minor things I don't like so much: The "QIDI 3D" printer banner on the door which limits the view inside the printer. [Later] looking closely it may peel off - not sure what residue would be left behind though! The printer footprint could be smaller - there does seem to be some wasted space inside the printer - maybe it was originally planned to accomodate other parts internally. All in all I can fully recommend this printer - It would suit a first-time buyer because it is so easy to get it up and running - plus everything needed is in the box. New users would certainly have fewer print failures with this machine. I have been 3D printing for more than 3 years and this machine with all it's benefits is exactly what I have been looking for as a replacement for my old printer. And to top it all, customer support is excellent - definitely a 5 Star rating for them.

First Class 3D Printer
Being new to 3D printing and confused by the sheer amount of printers available, I did lots of research, watching video reviews etc. I had read many positive reviews about Qidi Technology printers and ultimately, the specifications of their X-Plus printer and the fact it is a lovely looking machine, convinced me to buy it. As others have said, the printer is solidly built with real quality construction, it looks amazing, it is very quiet as it is enclosed - I can use it in my lounge, it produces lovely prints, the removable magnetic print bed is a delight to use plus, it also has network support including wifi. I have used this printer for just over a month now and I am enjoying it immensely. Most of my prints have been successful, a few failed were due to my errors and not the printer, I am learning after all. I am highly delighted that I decided to buy this printer, for all the reasons already given, but mainly because I think it is a fantastic choice for a beginner like myself. Like others, I had the printer working and printing in a very short time due to its ease of use and very little to put together. I cannot finish this short review without praising the fantastic customer support from Qidi Tech. My internal reel holder had a problem with the threaded rod so I couldn't use it. I contacted Linda on their support email and I had a response immediately. Suffice it to say, Linda has sent me a new replacement part. This is First Class service in my opinion and I think that Qidi Tech should receive full praise for that. I do not normally write reviews but in this case I wanted to as I am so impressed with the printer and with Qidi Tech support. This is a printer that I bought myself for a Christmas present in 2019 and I am glad that I did. I can recommend without hesitation the Qidi X-Plus 3D printer. I would buy it again without doubt.

QIDI X-Plus - a top quality 3D printer
This was my first ever 3D printer purchase and after now using it for several weeks I am confident I made a good decision in choosing the QIDI X-Plus! I did lots of research before purchasing, comparing different models in this price range and reading / watching many reviews, and the overwhelming majority of reviewers rated this printer very highly - I can see why now. Features which attracted me to the X-Plus included: - quality construction - high quality print results - an enclosed case design - large print area - removable, flexible magnetic print bed - wifi / ethernet connectivity - excellent customer support As others have stated, the printer is shipped in very good packaging and doesn't take much setting up before you are up and running with your first prints. While the supplied instruction manual is clear to follow and the video files on the included USB flash drive were useful, I did find a couple of bits of information missing or unclear: - the small plastic tubes clipped onto the outside top of the case should be removed and relocated as a filament guide into the case - the big black plastic knob included in the box is for mounting the filament reel inside the case if you so wish - when sending jobs to the printer over wifi from the QIDI Print software you need to make sure the USB flash drive is plugged into the printer! I did experience one of the clasps holding the filament holder rod breaking in the first few weeks of use, but after contacting QIDI customer support by email, I received a reply within a couple of hours and replacements were shipped within a couple of days. All my PLA prints to date have been excellent. I did have some issues using ABS filament at first but again after contacting QIDI customer support, they took the time to try printing my model and recommending the best settings to use. Overall, this is excellent customer service. The printer also now includes an additional higher temperature extruder to be used for printing with nylon and carbon. I believe you had to explicitly request this in the past so it is a nice touch that it is now included as standard. I haven't had chance to try this yet but I'm sure it will be the same quality as the default extruder. There is a lot of choice when it comes to buying 3D printers these days but you won't be disappointed buying the QIDI X-Plus. Highly recommended!

Qidi X Plus 2 printer
The printer itself is a good quality product, solid build, but the software and firmware has to be up to date. The Wifi is tricky to get working. Qidi customer service does respond quickly so if you have an issues contact them as they are more than helpful to sort out any problems. This is a good printer for the more experienced operator and gives good results once set up properly.

Brilliant, easy-to-use printer
I've had my X-Plus for about 7 months. Previously I had AnyCubic printers, which were fine, but this is in a different class. -It is much larger physically than the cheaper open-bed printers but it's build quality is excellent and having the option of printing 'enclosed' means it's much easier to print the filaments that need higher and more even temperatures. - Bed leveling is easy and it keeps its level extremely well. I doubt I re-adjust this any more than every month or two. - Having a flexible build plate that you can take off the magnetic bed is excellent; it makes it easier to remove prints that are well stuck, and you can buy spare build plates in case of damage due to things sticking too well! - Being able to plug it into our Ethernet network was one of the deciding features for me, because it means I no longer have to copy the file to a memory stick then walk to the printer to plug it in and manually start the print; everything can be done from my PC which is in a different room. - Print quality is consistently very good and unlike previous printers, I just set it off and walk away; no need to watch it! The only time I've had a partial wreck is when I was printing something big really close to the corners; I found that putting a bit of paper between the magnetic build plate and the bed, to slightly adjust the level in the problem area, sorted this out. - Support is also great, both from Qidi themselves and via the Qidi Facebook group, which has a lot of very experienced and knowedgeable users on it. The only negatives are the lack of a 'filament out' sensor and the cooling system, which does need improvement/workarounds in your slicer for some prints, but these are very minor points and would not put me off if I was buying again and there are ways to get around these issues. All in all, highly recommended.

My 1st 3D Printer and I couldn't be happier. Absolutely Brilliant Machine
I've been wanting to get into 3D printing for years, but it always looked far too complex. It seems you need to choose a machine, build it (most of the time) and then buy a range of upgrades to make the machine actually work well, before you even tackle the range of Slicers, versions and settings. In my search I found the QIDI machine and after watching and reading a range of reviews I decided to take the plunge and I couldn't be happier. It comes built, with a heated bed, 2 extruders to cover pretty much the entire range of filaments and what you would class as mostly enclosed. However, you can make it "open" in seconds with the removable panels. From unboxing to my 1st completed test print was about 2 hours. They even include 1kg of PLA to get you started. The slicer software is pretty straight forward and the default settings get you started. What has really amazed me is the QIDI technical support team. They are not just there is something breaks, they are happy to answer any technical questions, from print quality issues to Slicer settings. They will even print your problem item on their side and reply with a Project File with adjusted settings to make your print work well and they usually reply within 1-4 hours on a working day. I forgot to reply to me last email from them (I fixed the issue) and they actually followed up to make sure everything was OK and I resolved the issue. When does this ever happen? So far I've printed PLA, PLA ST, Overture 95A TPU, Ninjatek 65D, 95A TPU and Filamentum 98a TPU to a great standard. I can't speak for this machine compared to others, but as a 1st time 3D printer owner I would highly recommend.

Und es gibt ihn doch, den guten "ready out of the Box" 3D-Drucker!

ottima stampante, ottimi materiali, ottime stampe,OTTIMA ASSISTENZA!
