Exactly as advertised
Dimmer switch came with excellent installation instructions (important for a 3-way circuit connection). Unit is modest in size, so there was no problem getting it into the wall box, even with some other wires and wire nuts already taking up some of the space. This unit has some nice programable options that you set at installation (or can be set afterwards) including setting the lowest minimum dim level (very nice feature if you are going to be keeping the lights on a low level in the evening), and turning off the orange LED panel-finder light. Also this unit can be jused as a single pole, or as I did, on a three-way, two-switch, kitchen circuit. Finally this unit can also be set at installation for incandecent, CFL or LED lightbulb (factory pre-set for LED, but easily switchable at time of installation). All the features of dimmer switches that cost twice as much. Very pleased with this purchase.

Nice touch for the track lights in the kitchen.
One works great. Two on the same circuit hasn't worked for me. Flip switches worked on opposite sides of the kitchen. Seller said my wiring may be messed up. Could be. Tried moving wires around to different inputs on the switch but no go - no light at all with the two of them. One and the old flip switch works fine. I'll blame my wiring, not the switches but I mention it because others likely have the same wiring - mine installed at home construction. I like being able to dim the new track lights that are focused primarily on work areas. Uncomfortably bright in the evening to grab a glass of water but very nice when working counters, the island or the range.

Do not buy. Flickering junk
Lights flickered. They were fine before I installed these. Every one i installed made the lights flicker. Unusable, I’ll have to replace and unfortunately I missed the return window and I’m stuck with 12 of these junk switches

There are sub-switches in this switch for LED lights.
Works well. I'm a newbie DIYer. Took me about an hour and a half to change this plus an overhead light. Hang ups I ran into --> pulling the old wire out of the push holes. There was a lot of static friction, so grab the copper portion of your hot lead and work it out after loosening the screw. IMPORTANT!! --> There are some switches behind the faceplate (front part). If installing LED lights, you'll need to adjust these sub-switches so the switch recognizes the LED light. I didn't do this and it took me 30 min to figure it out. Follow the paper instructions.

My dimmable LED lights are flickering
I bought a six pack of these and installed one so far. If I start it on low, it flickers uncontrollably. If I flip the switch a few times, it stops flickering and acts fine. I don't know why it does this. I'm using a Sylvania dimmable LED bulb and the switch is in LED mode. Obviously, this is unacceptable, but if I'm doing something wrong or there is a way to fix it, they would be five stars. Two smaller issues. FIrst off, the lugs, or whatever they are called, are really soft metal: very easy to strip. At least the load one that I was having trouble with was super soft. Also, possibly related to my central problem, the directions for adjusting the light are unclear. It says put it in "set" mode and then "adjust the slider." Well, it can't be talking about the plastic slider, because that's not adjustable, so I guess it's talking about the internal slider. But I can't see how adjusting that internal slider does anything. I move it up, and the light gets brighter. I move it down, and the light gets dimmer. What am I supposed to be doing? I thought maybe putting it in "set" mode would make it output to 50%, and then you could move the slider up or down to get a new 50% or something like that, but it doesn't seem to do that. I don't see what the "set" mode is supposed to be doing.
