I've been using this product for 25 days and I think it is one of the best supplements I've tried for brain function. It really helps me feel alert. Prior to taking it, it's like being in a house with poor lighting. After taking it, the lights in the house are all on. I hope this effect continues with further use. I wouldn't take it at night because the effect it produces counteracts going to sleep. I have no relationship with the manufacturer of this or any other product. I wrote this review based solely on finding a product that works!

Order arrived quickly and was exactly as ordered. I have been taking it daily without issues. Choline may help with brain functions including memory and general cognitive awareness if taken on a regular basis. We shall see in about 20 yes

I think it works, however the film coating peels off in my 7 day pill box making them difficult to swallow. You've got to keep them.in the container.

2 years post-chemo still feeling slow. Took one per day noticed mild difference, however took 2x per day after about 2 weeks noticeable difference. Things I really didnt expect. My job is stressful however I found myself staying very level, overall felt better, more organized thought process, rarely have to stop & hunt for words when speaking. Stopped taking for a few days & noticed a negative difference in all the above listed things. I have now been taking faithfully 2x a day for 3 months. For me, it makes a huge difference. Hope this helps someone else.

My gallbladder was not working and had to be removed a couple of years ago. I was nausea prior to its removal, but it continued after it was removed. I was miserable. I would often become severely nauseous even though I was following a low fat diet. It was suggested I take liver enzymes, ox bile and choline. The combination of these has thus far eliminated my nauseous.

I made a bad choice ordering this supplement. I have difficulty swallowing large pills and this product contains large pills. I tried cutting them in half but they were so bitter I had to spit them out.

I used the entire bottle but didn’t notice much of an effect, so I decided to switch to another brand. However, the product seems to be of good quality, and it’s possible that I simply didn’t have any issues that this supplement was meant to address.
