ELO Germany Platin Stainless Steel Induction Roasting Pan

I am writing to share my enthusiasm for my purchase of Elo cookware. New to induction cooking, I struggled each time I used the various shiny stainless steel pots and pans (left behind by previous home owner). To begin with, they are heavy. No problem with boiling water in pots, but I never mastered how to cook with a skillet without a major food sticking to the pan. Just by chance I found the Elo roaster on Amazon. It is not heavy, easy to clean, and nothing I've prepared sticks. I've decided to purchase a few other items offered by Elo. The prices are reasonable too!

This is the type of small roaster I had in mind and have not been disappointed. Great quality and beautiful to look at but most of all it performs great so far. I've only used it a couple of times and both dishes turned out better than expected. One dish was a roast that I seared on the stove top then placed in the oven with the glass top on. My roast was melt-in-the-mouth tender and cooked to perfection. I'm hoping it will last for many years to come.

I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but it looks really nice. I bought it for my Thanksgiving meal. Love the same day delivery. I love the loop handles and lid lifter. The site says you can put it in he oven, but the paper in the box wasn't very clear on that, but I assume you can.

I go to start dinner and look for this pot first, use it on the stove and in the oven. Kind of a cross between a frying pan, sauce pan, wok, and roaster.

Looks great, works great on induction range. For the money, it's the best skillet or roaster that I've got.

I love the pan. It is absolutely non-stick, distributes heat great and perfect for induction cooktops.

Nice pan. Cooked a turkey breast. Worked fine.
