I like this product. I can drink it in water or add it to my water pick for teeth cleaning. I read it was recommended by a doctor that I follow and that prompted me to purchase it. I previously was taking a pill form of iodine but I prefer liquids. I have also used it on cuts.

I don’t know if it’s a cost-cutting move, but I’ve noticed that it has become harder and harder to find iodized table salt. I don’t eat enough fish because of the high mercury content in our oceans so this is a good compromise. I recommend that you add 2-3 drops to a flavored beverage; I don’t recommend adding it to water.

Fantastic product. I don’t let a day go by without taking this to manage my thyroid issues. I use it along with Thytrophin PMG as prescribed by my practitioner, along with other supplements designed for my specific needs. I have had thyroid issues for decades & now that I am in my mid 60’s, am finally getting a handle on it functioning as it should. FOR ME, one entire dropper full every morning does the trick. Prior to that, I was only doing 4-6 drops & was still having swallow issues. The key to healing a compromised thyroid involves many things. A proper diet designed to support good thyroid function, moderate exercise, 7/8 hours of sleep, lower damaging stress levels & supportive supplements recommended by a knowledgeable practitioner. Bottom line is, what may work for me, may not be the ticket for you; but, when it comes to this product, it has been a win, win once I learned the amount I personally needed to take.

My ENT approved only one tiny drop per day. After 6 mos my goiter was gone, my voice was back & could swallow better. I drink only steam distilled water, so to prevent iodine deficiency I trust only this Brand of iodine.

I've read in well respected health sources, that iodine is a necessary nutrient to help avoid cancer....more than just thyroid. And Iosol was the product recommended. It's easy to use, and isn't expensive.

I have been struggling with low thyroid for over 10 years. No matter the medication (synthroid, thyroxine, armour, etc..) I always felt so very tired. My hair and skin was a mess and no matter how many calories I cut, or how many aerobic classes I teach, I still gain weight. The first week I used two drops in water morning and night. I have never slept better! Each week I would increase one drop. By week three, I stopped taking the drops at night as I was not sleeping as well and now I only take the drops in the morning ( average 3 - 4 drops in 2 - 3 ounces of water). I sleep great. The fog over my brain is lifted. My skin and hair are Awesome! I have been loosing weight (about a pound a week) and have lost 1.5 inches off my waist after one month. I don't have cravings and I don't feel hungry because I am tired like I use to. For those out there looking for something that may help. Use caution and good sense, I would hate to see anyone get sick. If you are not sure about a product see your doctor first. For me, this product is a God send and has improved my energy, focus, skin, hair (I have new growth coming in), sleep, and has helped with my weight.

Works a treat for what my doctor prescribed it for. Better than taking hormones for the rest of my life. Does taste odd, but only for a moment.
