Excellent quality screen for the price, seems well made, comes well packed, gives a good picture, it's has some waight to it, nothing to moan about.Easy to setup and use, you really Carnt go wrong for the price.

Great Customer Service
Initial issues with delivery and the screen not retracting however cannot fault the company whatsoever. Very fast to respond to problems and new screen working perfectly. Great value for money, does the job. Delivery company they use aren’t the best though, very hard to track the delivery with that company.

The media could not be loaded. The most no nonsense company I’ve ever dealt with. The screen itself is fantastic, exactly the quality I hoped for. I had an issue with the first screen not retracting, the company responded to my email within 10minutes, and in a short conversation had a replacement sent out. The new screen arrived today and it’s fantastic. 10/10 for product quality and customer service really impressed.

Poor quality control - item arrived faulty and not fit for purpose
EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY CONTROL PRODUCTThe item arrived with the soldered mounting points already loose and detached having at some point been soldered on….The end pieces of the of the internal pole (that the screen is rolled on to) were broken (snapped plastic/poorly glued and loose)…The internal pole that the screen rolls onto is too short to fit into the mounting system properly, with both ends not being able to reach their end fittings, meaning the mechanism to retract the screen couldn’t operate…That didn’t matter anyway as the retracting mechanism didn’t work regardless and the screen would just slowly unravel with gravity and not retract back up.At least they were quick to offer a replacement and a refund when I declined their offer. I just don’t trust the quality control for this product now.

For the price it is an “ok” screen, nothing to sing about!
Not bad. Installation was ok, found the screws provided too weak so used some more strudy trustworthy ones. You do need help if you want to ensure alignment is right. 2 stars deducted because the screen does not retract with ease, in face it is a real pain to retract it even after fully extending it, you have to drip feed it bit by bit each side and the weight of the bar works against you so without another person helping it is a real chore. My opinion is that you get what you pay for; not sure why this is allegedly blowing other peoples socks off but for the price it is what it is. This was used in my boys room for simple xbox / movies so serves its purpose. For my main cinema project I will be investing wisely knowing what I know now.
