I was gone wait because i haven’t been having it long, but omg as you can see I love The results already Jesus. Okay, So I do use Vick’s vaporub to make me sweat and then I also wrap my self up with plastic food wrap then i put this product on last and again as you can see it’s only been 2 months and a half... the results are amazing. I still have a lot of work to do but that before and after pic lit right now lol

I like the fact that I can move around in this waist trimmer. It is comfortable enough to sleep in. I am seeing results (without working out) in just a few days!! Amazing!

Been wearing this for about a week now and even when I'm just wearing it at work I get alot of sweat.. Fits perfect.. I bought a medium and I'm 5ft8 140 lbs make sure the velcro tab is on your side so that the widest part of the belt is on your stomache..

I'd forget I have it on if it didnt heat up. While I wouldnt say it supports the spine or back muscles, it does make you hold better posture. It also holds back abdominal muscles so they can regain their tension (they can be stretched out like a rubber band). I really needed something to help strengthen those muscles again after a surgery and car accident (two separate times of abdominal swelling left me with a "puffy" tummy which no amount of crunches or anything ever made "flat" again). Almost a week of wearing it gave noticeable desired muscle tension results, BUT be aware that I'm not chubby either. If you are thicker in the middle, it will take you about a month to see results. I have pants made of the same material and it took me a month of solid use during workouts and walks to drop "baby fat storage" off of my thighs and butt, so I know that these products do work for fat loss, however, like I said, fat loss takes longer than just tightening up loose/slacking muscles.

I really like this product I wish I had a little more back support but it's still good and I don't exercise a whole lot but even washing the floors doing the carpets Etc I was actually sweating, because I don't sweat I really wanted to get my stomach down and when I started to take it off I felt the sweat and then the coolness afterwards I highly recommend this product oh, and the fact that it came with a mesh bag was really nice.

Product definitely works as far as heating up the body, there is sweat dripping off mine after I use it. Fits comfortably, I wear it at work just to help get a little more burn out of my day. Only had it a week so not sure about results. I am dieting but not working out other than work so I’m sure it will take time before I see results but it is working I believe. Thank you!

I received this product about 2days ago and I absolutely love it. my waist line already feels smaller lol . It's super comfortable n hardly noticeable under your clothing. I wear it to work and to exercise . Would totally recommend this to someone.
