I took this with a combination of Omega 3 and Sam E. Could have not made it through the day without it and showed improvement within a week. I hope they sell this forever. I depend on it. It's an amazing product.

I use this with my EPA and DHA supplements. It's small, no after taste (actually I get a faint after-taste if I burp sometimes, but idk if that's the other fish oil which I take together).I take it 1x a day, and I have noticed an overall improvement in my daily function (alertness, motivation, etc.). It may be a worthwhile addition if you take fish oils, but haven't seen too many improvements. Also, it's definitely something to use long-term supplement, so I have subscribed, because so far it's good.

Prediabetics ,please be very careful when taking this product. My blood sugar went up 20 points each morning when I took these pills. This is no reflection on the product. Please consult with your doctor before you take these pills. I did not, and there is no refund on this product.
