When I received it, I thought it was lovely. However, it wasn't long before the gold coloured ring holding the strap, popped out without me noticing then the strap broke off.

This bag I brought for a Xmas present and she loved her bag so I am happy

The leather has come apart & out of the rings on both sides, very disappointed as I have only used the bag for a month & not every day.

Lovely bag, perfect size for me, it holds everything I need without being overly large, fits perfectly under the arm. They are right about the smell but that’s normal and a wee spray of body spray and it quickly goes.
